Lovely hot showers daily in a big comfortable bathroom. The pool area is lovely and spotless and towels are provided, no problem getting poolside bed

Nice place. Had a pleasant stay. Since it is full all the time, expect little average service. Otherwise best place to stay... Pool is good and Breakfast spread is very good.

Saw a review on here about how awful this hotel is and was absolutely astounded. We have just returned after 2 weeks here. All the staff are polite and courteous and can't do enough for you

The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable and cleaned daily and you are provided with tea/coffee making facilities, lots of little extras like razor and gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, soaps, shower gels and lots of bottles of water

Both the pool boys were fantastic (siraj especially) and really couldn't do enough for you to ensure you were comfortable, never had such good service from anywhere in the world

Neelams is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday stay. The location is one of its biggest advantages, very close to the beach and well-connected to nearby restaurants, markets, and popular attractions

This is one of the best hotel in Calangute area. We are happy with our room and had good stay. Breakfast is excellent and variety to select. I’m definitely recommend to my friends.

North Goa location off the main road, with a 10min walk to the beach. Hotel has decent amenities, including pool, gym, game room, and bike rental

Pool & kids play area were the best as we went to celebrate our son 2nd birthday and he enjoyed to the fullest

They have a beautiful library and a lovely swimming pool, though we were disappointed to see people jumping in without a shower in their regular day clothes, but I find this becoming quite common these days

IBIS style Calangute is a great facility, green and clean. Seating area, kids playing area, swimming pool area well maintained. Dining area is nice with ample space and staff is very polite

Staffs are well trained and are good in coordination. Just one request instead of tiny toothpaste if possible put 20-30ml mouthwash. Hotel is just 1-1&1/2 km away from famous calangute

The hotel has a great atmosphere of party throughout, live band performance every evening next to pool and bar lifts up the mood of the party. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful

Excellent Room with very nice food. Poolside area is too good with live band in the evenings. Location is a bit on a narrow lane but manageable. Room service and food quality excellent.

Some are picking food with their fingers directly from the buffet and not using utensils provided. Some are standing close to the buffet and eating their meals without any concern for other guests

Balcony was looking at a hidden street, not at the swimming pool side. Breakfast was nice, swimming pool looks nice too. I would say it’s ok as average hotel, if you have not high expectations

It was our 4 stay in Bloomsuites Calangute, and as always got excellent services with no complaints, we had stayed for almost 49 days, booked via hotel directly through Front Desk. Hope to come back soon asap.

The hotel is amazing, our room was quite large, very clean and had a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was great, also very clean and with good water pressure. The food and staff are absolutely top shelf

Rooms i enjoyed swiss cottage ambience amazing residing in nature greenry all around, luxry comfort amenities all good. pool jaquize bar the food live singing. nothing is left what you think of a resort in this budget

Location is excellent as the beach is outside the resort. We stayed in the newly constructed rooms overlooking the swimming pool was very good. The service was also prompt.

The gym is not safe to use, the floor covering is very slippery. And the gym looks like 20 years old. The towels and bed shits are grey and smelly. There are now chairs or sun beds around the swimming pool

Hotel is in the right spot and on a very active location with pubs and restaurants in walkable distance. Calangute beach is hardly 5 mins walk. The hotel bar is good and its just before the lobby

The stay was very comfortable and specially the staff was super helpful specially Narayan, Priyanka, Prayash, Deepak Chaddha, Neel, Vinay, Amar & Lawrence to name a few

But check-in and check-out are strictly regulated. We wanted to stay for a couple of hours, but had to leave at 12. We left our bags at reception. Otherwise, I recommend it as a good and clean hotel

Friendly staff, who were attentive. Didn’t always get food orders correct. Wouldn’t do a themed night , wasn’t value for money. Room - superior pool was a good size. Bathroom could do with some maintenance

The breakfasts are spicy; we tried the shake. There are photos with a sea view, but that's a different hotel. It's part of the same chain, but it's a different hotel. Keep in mind that this hotel doesn't have a sea view!

Fridge, safe, daily water and coffee and tea provided. Be careful water in fridge needs paying for. Hand soap and shower gel/shampoo provided. Cleaned daily and cleaner attentive

The hotel is located a short walk from the beach(8 min). Bars, shop and restaurants are plenty, however we quite often prefer to eat at the hotel as the quality of food was excellent. We definitely will be returning
