The hotel didn't live up to the pictures. I tried to cancel, but they wouldn't refund my money. Extremely disappointed. Don't ever recommend this place to anyone else, so they don't get 'phph-ed' like I did – it looks great in photos but in reality, it's unbearable. It's like a warehouse.

This hotel isn't functioning as it should. Please remove its listing to prevent other customers from financial loss. I need an immediate refund for my cancellation.

For those who like cats and if you really don't care about building conditions, this accommodation is in fact, recommended because the staff are friendly when it comes to cultures and a lot of cats will also warmly welcome you! :-)

Fasilitas tidak nyaman. Sampai sana sudah booking dan sudah transfer buat banyak kamar tp belum di siapkan. Kamarnya tidak recomended
