This hotel in Bandung is, well, almost the best. A lot of Indonesian people like to stay here. The price is a bit on the higher side, but there really aren't many better options. It's still a good choice.

Dinner was absolutely speechless; aside from adding the dinner buffet to your order on weekend evenings, I wouldn't bother otherwise. Breakfast was decent, though.

Crowne Plaza Bandung was a pleasant stay for few nights. Room was ok, but felt rather noisy with the ubiquitous noisy motorcycle mufflers filtering into the room all night. Double glazing/noise reduction glass appears to be lacking. Windows need a thorough clean as well as the room carpets looking rather dirty in parts. On a positive note, bed is comfortable, location is favourable and all hotel staff...

From arrival to checkout, the stay felt warm and welcoming. Staff greeted us kindly and were consistently courteous throughout, which set a good tone from the start. The room was very spacious, and being on the 18th floor, we had a lovely view over Bandung. The bed was excellent — super comfortable with great pillows. I fell asleep almost immediately, which says a lot. Facilities overall were solid...

It is really one of the nicest experience I have. The room is clean and the surrounding is very natural. It is located on the mountain. Nice swimming pool.

The stay is overall very good, the staff is really accommodating us, and we get the upgrade rooms coming from the perks of Platinum status in Accor ALL in the peak holiday season. The room is very clean and the pool is quite big and suitable for having fun with the kids. The breakfast also very good and have a lot of variety of foods.

The hotel has a luxurious vintage vibe. It's clean, comfortable, and its facilities are great for a family staycation. The business room even comes with a bathtub, which is a huge plus! Our room was also clean, comfortable, and offered a nice view. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We love the place, rooms are big, pretty spacious. Breakfast was good, many varieties both western and local cuisine. We also tried some mix veggie fruit juice and it was really good. Location is good, easy to go around Our children were happy, we checked some of the children activities and tried them. We took the chill and grill package so it includes dinner. To be honest, we were not very happy...

I booked pretty late for my weekend trip to Bandung so the price was high but so were my expectations. I was greeted by the staff and told me my room was ready. Got a non smoking, near the lift which was what I wanted. Room was superb. My bed, tgt with the other linens, were fresh and clean. Toilet bowl has an integrated bidet too! I think the rooms have good acoustics too. I did not take hotel breakfast...

I stayed at Sheraton Bandung Hotel & Towers for a business trip and had a great experience. The room was comfortable and clean, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff were friendly and efficient. A solid choice for business stays in Bandung.

The entire hotel feels old and run-down; it's hard to believe this is a Hilton. It's more like a guesthouse or an old motel.

The location is right in the heart of Bandung, so it can get quite crowded during high season, but so far, it's been pretty comfortable being in that area.

The room was quite spacious, but the hotel is right by the road, so the sound insulation isn't great. You can hear motorcycles revving down the street. I switched to a room on the other side, but the sound insulation was just as bad. For several days, I was woken up by the prayer calls at 4:08 AM.

Room so far is good. Bathroom amenities is so standard, even similar to 3-star hotel Breakfast variety is there, however nothing special as just a 4-star hotel. The taste is just okay. In other 4-star hitel I can get fresh juice in the drinks buffet.t Service is good. For anyone who simply focus on sleep, you can try this hotel. But if you look for a good breakfast, you must be disappointed.

Not many options in bandung but this is overpriced compared to Jakarta. It's not bad for this area.

Our stay in Bandung was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—very close to Pascal 23 and conveniently near the Whoosh High-Speed Rail, which made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially cozy, making it easy to rest after a full day out. That said, there is room for improvement in the breakfast...

The room is clean and enormous, everything is organized but unfortunately the tv channels is so so and limited options, the gym is great, you’ll get 3 treadmill available, the breakfast itself is one of a kind with western, Chinese, and Indonesian options available of course you won’t forgot the sushi there.

I always chose this hotel for each of my visits to Bandung. The location is the best, right in the heart of the city. Bed was comfy and wide. Pillows were comfortable. Staff were excellent. We needed a cake for friend who's staying at the hotel and celebrating her birthday and the hotel set up a pretty complimentary cake. Such a nice and sweet gesture.

A centrally located,well maintained well run premises with over 60 years of history witnessing several monumental events in BANDUNG in the past. During Ramada month, restaurant inhouse dinner buffet included Kambing Guling aka little roasted lamb, tender and juicy after slicing and stirfried with kacap manis. Staff are respectful,helpful and courteous.

My daughter had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Braga making sightseeing very easy. The receptionist provided outstanding service, always welcoming with a warm smile and ready to assist with any requests. Truly a pleasant experience!

The room was spacious but fairly average, with a classic feel. Surprisingly, there was no iron available to borrow, which is uncommon for a well-known hotel like the Savoy. We also requested a hairdryer and were told it would be provided, but it was never delivered to our room.

My husband and I stayed here for our trip. The hotel's access to tourist spots was convenient, making it easy to get around. While the hotel itself is a bit old, it was clean and we really liked the Art Deco ambiance. It's a hotel I'd love to visit again.

The room was clean, the location was also strategic, and the view was great. but somehow they recommended us to change room for the second night due to high load on the initial floor. We did request quiet room before, and we feel that they could have arranged it better at the first place. But overall it was a good stay, but it was not convenient to repack our belongings and unpack it again.

The pool no longer has heated water, even though that used to be a major plus point. Amenities: Only one toothbrush was provided, and I didn't want to keep asking for more. Hospitality: The front office staff weren't very friendly; they didn't greet guests. Also, when I asked to change rooms to one not near the elevator, they seemed reluctant, lacking any service or customer-oriented approach.

Great hotel with a lot of accommodations. The breakfast in the morning is great with copious options for food along with many Indonesian options. The staff is for the most part nice. The gym is in great shape, the pools are heated, there is a sauna, and hot tub. The area is quiet and it is peaceful at the hotel with nice views. The hotel is kid friendly and has a decent sized play area for kids...

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. With numerous activities (such as 7am & 4pm yoga, nature trails, arts activities for the kids, etc) planned, you will never be bored even simply just staying in the hotel. And all of the activities are included in your room rate, so no additional charge! Yay! There are swimming pool, gym and entertainment room for your perusal too! Not forgetting the cooling...

Had a superb experience with this hotel. The staffs were super friendly, and they provided free tea time snacks with local cuisines. You'll be greeted with Indonesian hospitality when you arrive at the hotel. Kids would love this place as well as they have mini petting zoo with rabbits, birds, goats and geese. The swimming pool was warm, so guests can swim even with the cold mountain weather.

The hotel is slightly far fr main thoroughfare. So many things can be improved here. Our room was spacious but very dated and dark. Needs a major revamp. Breakfast was minimal/local fare mostly. We have issue w/smoking guests. There are no boundaries. They're seated everywhere. Staff were nice though.

The ceiling of the room was a bit moldy and the shower was not great but it was very close to the train station. Staff was nice too. At the lobby it looked amazing. Window view was other rooms. And there was quite a bit of noise from people from the hallway. Earplugs worked so I would suggest to bring them just in case.

We stayed here for a night. It is within waking distance to Pasar Baru. The breakfast was ok, it starts early and during weekends it is better to go have breakfast early because there will be a crowd. Room space is good but lighting is a bit too dim. The staff is helpful and courteous. Room numbering is a bit chaotic but we managed to find ours.

I always chose this hotel whenever possible because of the gym, regardless of the bad traffic in the area 😃 But what I find the most valuable is their service. I left my stuff twice, the first one was my jacket & the second one was my tab. The staff was helpful in keeping my jacket (for weeks!) and getting my tab to be picked up by my driver.
