The hotel location is good if one is travelling using the train or will use the tol highway. The bed is comfy, the room with a mountain view is awesome. Breakfast is modest. But the toilet needs some extra cleaning to do away with mildew and stains. Hotel staff overall are helpful.

The hotel's location is decent, and the staff are very attentive. However, the facilities are quite old. The white sheets have turned grey from repeated washing. When I asked a staff member to change them, they were very patient, but the new sheets were also very old.

The breakfast was delicious, but the room is a bit dated and needs some maintenance or a renovation.

Breakfast was surprisingly very acceptable. there is a variety of offerings to cater for most visitors.
However, don't expect a full English/ American breakfast in their offerings.
Book the rooms with a mountain view as the rooms facing the road may be noisy for some visitors
Lack of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel except for a popular duck rice restaurant a short walk away, nevertheless dinner was satisfying on the 1 day I ate in the hotel

The hotel's location is quite strategic. However, access can be challenging due to frequent traffic congestion, and parking is limited, though valet service is available. Furthermore, rooms facing Pasteur Street lack sufficient soundproofing and are very noisy from street traffic, especially motorcycles with loud exhausts. This disturbance continues late into the night, significantly disrupting sleep.
