The Naripan Hotel by KAGUM Hotels in Bandung

This is a low budget room n I don expect 5 stars performance. Minimal service, facilities will suffice but cleanliness n comfort is d most basic of a hotel.

the room are dirty especially the toilet. fair enough to stay just for a sleepover. otherwise this hotel are not recommended to stay. overall 2/10

There was a strong, strange odor when I check into the hotel room. The walls are moldy. The hotel wasn't well kept, the toilet is very bad but still usable. There are a lot of ants around the room, on the table, around the cabinet and inside the toilet. The aircond was also old and not functioning well, making a lot of noises and not cooling. There were no basic necessities like hairdryer, and the hotel WiFi signal is practically non-existent inside the room. The room door was also not functioning well, sometimes have to scan more than once to unlock it. The swimming pool was small and dirty. The room was not sound proof, so you could hear noises from the hallway and outside the window.

The only redeemable parts of this hotel were the services of the staffs and the strategic location of the hotel. If you want a comfortable stay, then avoid this hotel at all cost.

I sincerely recommend everyone not to come here. The photos on the Internet are very different from the actual hotel. I originally chose to stay in this hotel after reading the reviews. I regretted it so much. Even though I have been to various countries, I have never seen anything so disgusting. On the first day When I made the bed that night, I found three bugs like the ones in the picture on the bed. Then when I moved the entire bed, I found another bug. I didn’t know if it was a bedbug or a tick. Anyway, it was very disgusting, so I went to the counter and asked for it. After changing rooms, of course I found that the pillows and bath towels were also very dirty, black and yellow, so after changing rooms I used their quilts to wrap the pillows before I dared to sleep. The key hotel did not provide a hair dryer! This is the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not provide a hair dryer. Even if there is no hair dryer in the room, there should be a hair dryer that can be borrowed at the counter, but there is no such thing! I was really dumbfounded, and then the breakfast was completely unpalatable and the food on offer was terrible.

These are the issues we experienced during our stay at this hotel:
• The toilet, swimming pool, and other room amenities, including the bedsheets, were dirty.
• There was no iron provided.
• The toilet and sink emitted an unpleasant smell.
• The breakfast options were very limited, with the same menu repeated daily.
• The floor was damaged.

However, the location was convenient, as it is near Braga and has a grocery store right beside the hotel.

I recently stayed at your hotel over the weekend with my family, and unfortunately, I must share that it was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Here are some of the key issues we encountered:
1. Smelly Room: The room had an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in.
2. Dirty Toilet: The cleanliness of the bathroom was far below acceptable standards.
3. Cigarette Smoke: Despite having babies with us, we were constantly breathing in cigarette smoke through our room, especially during sleep.
4. No Iron: Basic amenities like an iron were not provided, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
5. Unhygienic Kettle: We needed hot water for our babies, but the kettle provided was in a nasty condition and unusable.

This was our first visit to Bandung, and we had hoped for a memorable experience. Unfortunately, your hotel left us with disappointing memories. Considering your prime location in the heart of Bandung, it’s truly a waste not to maintain and upgrade your facilities to meet basic standards.

I hope you will seriously address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Do not stay here at all cost.
I book a suite, and expect nothing more. At least a basic. Initially booked for 2 nights, but had to left the next morning.
We checked in at 9pm, were given room that is not ready. Request to makeup the room, they do not want to change the sheet. BedSheet was dirty, toilet is broken dirty and mold everwhere. Bedside table was full of spiderweb, curtain was brokenzz
