Four Points By Sheraton Bandung in Bandung

Location is superb, closed to restaurants and supermarket…but hotel will need refurbishment…and breakfast not so much vatiety

Clean and well maintain. Good location but a bit disappointed Sky lounge was close to maintain.

Good hotel. Its quite crowded as year end holidays. But all is quite in order. The pool was not clean enough the 1st day, but on our 2bd day, its clean already

We truly enjoyed our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind and attentive. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us.

We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones.

Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton.

While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff.

Service was excellent as expected. Breakfast buffet were all good. Location I think not too far from most tourist attractions although we didn't really explore them as much.

The only downside was one of the toilet in our rooms happened to be those wheelchair/elderly friendly type, the shower chair was quite dirty.
