Excellent hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. There is a spa but for some reason they do not accept Apple Pay. The pool is small and is located next to the spa. During our stay the entire street was under renovation.
The hotel was fantastic and clean
We had a very nice two day stay at NYX Herzliya. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the staff was consistently welcoming; and accommodating and the entire property was modern and well maintained. The location is central with the beach and many restaurants an easy walk (we actually didn't move our car once we arrived).
In comparison with the alternatives it is a better hotel. Clean, calm and a great breakfast. The rooms are small though.
I gave such a low rating because this hotel is dirty! It's dusty, hairs in the sheets, finger prints everywhere. I am staying in a suite and paying alot of money for it yet it's nasty dirty . Breakfast wasn't bad until I saw a bug crawling on the plates . If you are okay with a dirty place this is your place . Otherwise it " looks great" they really need a good cleaning staff

the room was clean . Staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. we also enjoyed using the spa.
Stayed in room 970. Hotel Needs better maintenance in many areas, including the rooms, corridors breakfast area. Reception is nice

Great breakfast; the lobby restaurant serves great seafood, albeit on the pricier side. The well-sized room was in good condition, with some clearly refreshed areas (bed, shower) though some other areas, like the balcony and general condition of room and hotel are definitely tired and in need of some refresh and maintenance. Pool area is spacious with fair amount of loungers, though also tired...
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The hotel was wonderful, the service, food and room were great. The pool and the approach to the beach are real advantages!
Beautiful pool and view, so sad that the hotel is little old because the place is amazing
