Great concept of the resort. Always helpful and very friendly stuff. You basically feel like home!

Staff have a take it or leave it attitude. Not interested in feedback or making guests feel appreciated. Sort of resort factory attitude. Place quite crowded. Doesn’t feel much like Italy. Big buffet but nothing much for veggies. Beach a bit scruffy.

This resort advertised 3 pools One was supposed to be warm with jacuzzi The two big pools were not heated Too cold for the guests to swim The warm pool was freezing as well This resort was a bad choice My vacation was ruined

Wonderful place for families entertainment for all ages. Food was good with different options every day. Staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming.

Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good. Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied...

Not sure how this is a four star. Pleasant enough nothing standout. Good dedicated beach with lifeguard, pool area was also nice. aqua aerobics broke up the afternoon. Good place for a family.

Don’t expect a fancy resort . U have to have a car as the resort is located at a remote area and no near groceries or restaurants ( driving for only ten minutes but the car is a must ) . This place was wonderful. Very peaceful, great place to relax and experience the island life. Denny the bar tender was amazing, he gave us the best recommendations of where to eat and what to see. As well as his drinks were just amazing. Very good resort with the best customer service. I will definitely be coming back next year!!!

The hotel is a nice family hotel particularly good if you have smaller children. There is a little beach however the incline to the water is steep, however there are other local beaches elsewhere. The most disappointing aspect of the hotel is the food. I would not recommend that people plan to eat at the hotel. The bar food is all microwaved, like a burger in a bag for example. Great place for chilled holiday out of season. There's a great day menu you may book for the evening, the staff are ultra professional and friendly, happy to offer some practical tips. We had a great stay at Genna e masoni, the staff is super friendly and helpful (especially the girl at the reception) and the whole area is very peaceful. However, breakfast is the only thing bringing the overall score to 4 instead of 5 as it was quite poor.

Was a guest in June 2021 for a 9-day motorcycle vacation. Friendly hosts, clean rooms, rich and tasty food. I found the price / performance ratio to be good. Very well located for motorcycle tours and a few hours on the beach.

Nice Pizzeria with very friendly staff. Speaking English. Menue also in English, French and German available. Excellent Pizzas. But also well tasting Spaghetti Vongole and other noodle dishes.

Sensational meal and très friendly service. An unexpected gem !

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, spacious clean room with fabulous views. Little bit out of the way, you will need a car. Fantastic pizzas!

The room was amazing. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast had a vast array. The spa is the best I’ve ever seen. We stayed in three places across Sardinia, this was by far the best and one of the best we’ve ever stayed.
