This is a corporate hotel for sure. Which means things just work! Everything I needed for a quick overnight drive break. We got in late and they were still willing to serve us dinner on a Thursday night at 10pm it was very kind of them.

Why put decaffeinated coffee in the room,? The marinated salmon in the restaurant was dreadful

This is a boutique hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and modern. The views of the coast/beach are great. Filippo M was a super host/bartender/front desk. He went over and above to make us feel welcome. I’d definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved our 2-night stay at this beautiful and comfortable hotel. Just a couple minutes walk from the beach - a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was also very friendly and polite. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Ghibli hotel for a couple of days. The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Quite luxurious. Our room had a nice ocean view. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great beach access. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

Large room with a comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay , Central location for a short walk to shops restaurants and the beach , check in was late but a smooth process . Staff were friendly and efficient, there is no bar but many bars nearby and parking is good

I have been a guest of this hotel in two different situations, always for work trips. The staff is always very friendly and very professional, the rooms with modern furnishings are always very clean and offer SKY to customers. Pleasant stay, helpful staff, shame that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not 4 stars. We reported it immediately upon our arrival in the room, the staff did everything possible to overcome the inconvenience, arranging for further cleaning. I'm sorry to make this note, I realize that some misunderstandings can happen to those who work intensely for a whole season.

Stayed in Hotel Dimorae for 3 months on work assignment from UK. Stayed in one of their apartments. Was perfect for one person for long duration. Locations was perfect, close everything you need. Comfy and clean and was very well looked after. Staff were very friendly, area was quiet enough, I had everything I needed for 3 months

Rooms were very tiny but clean. Location is very strategic - close to seaside - but not too loud. A little away from the nicer restaurants of the town. Recommended only for quick overnight stays.

This is one the great newly constructed hotel located very near to the Civitanova Beach as well as the city market. I did not stay at this hotel but unlike others when I asked for a telephone quote for the month of August I was not hastily and coldly cleared by the reception person for the lack of availability but vice versa my needs were listened to, I received useful advice and if I ever find myself in Civitanova Marche with my family I will certainly try to book this property. Was a very good experience, room clean, good breakfast included, kids friendly, very good position just 5 min by walk to the beach and 5 min to the centre. It's a lot of free parking around but if you don't find they have a garage (paid)

Lots of places closed on Sunday evenings but a 20 minute walk we found some places. We spent one night in this hotel which is far from the beach, but in an area far from street noise. The structure looks good externally, with private and fenced parking. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. The Hotel has a very good location, just 5 min walk from the beach and few minutes walk from other shops. Our room had a small fridge which we found very helpful.

Very welcoming hotel with seafront rooms. The rooms are well soundproofed, with a comfortable bed and a minibar in the room with complimentary drinks. The rooms are clean and there's street parking. This is my second time back. I really enjoyed the reception staff and the owner. The restaurant staff were very professional and sometimes even spoiled me. The dinners I had were worth the money. Wonderful sunrises overlooking the sea and equally wonderful sunsets. Perfect rooms. Nothing to say. They're my favorites in Civitanova. Highly recommended.

We spent a family stay at Hotel Gabbiano and were thrilled. The rooms are clean, with a splendid sea view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is truly superb: convenient for exploring the area and close to the sea. Highly recommended for a family vacation!

Sea view room, tidy, clean and spacious as well as the bathroom with large shower. Varied and abundant breakfast. For us, the proximity to the railway has not created any particular disturbance, you can hear the passage of the train but very tolerable. Mr. Paolo very helpful.

The hotel isn't beachfront, but it has all the amenities. The rooms are modern and clean, but perhaps a little small. The breakfast was complete but not very good. All in all, it's a good hotel at a good price.

Small hotel near to the harbour. Rooms have an air conditioner and a small refrigerator. There is a big parking area behind the hotel and you can reach beaches and night bars in a few minutes by walking.

I stayed in this delightful b&b in June. The location is stunning. You can park and forget your car for the whole time of your stay. The beaches and the promenade can be reached on foot in a few minutes, such as the delightful port, the fish market right in front where you can eat a fantastic fry and the city center. With two children aged 8 and 10 we spent a wonderful weekend in this very nice structure with very kind staff. Excellent food, you feel that the raw material used is of the highest quality. We also took beautiful walks along the river, as well as playing paddel and basketball. Very honest prices, in short, we will be back for sure!
