Furthermore, despite confirming beforehand that I could bring my cat, they later claimed I should have booked a different room. The staff compounded the stress by dismissing our concerns and making us feel guilty for expecting to check in on time.
While the room itself was clean, this was overshadowed by significant issues: the stairs and handrail (ringhiera) were visibly dusty, clearly neglected over time. To top it off, the room had no WiFi whatsoever, and the bathroom reeked of sewage.
