LES PIEDS DANS L'EAU hôtel les pieds dans l'eau, vue de la chambre magnifique. chambre un peu vieillotte et petit déjeuner assez basique mais tout le reste est top ! piscine à l'eau de mer et plage (de rochers) privée. petit bémol : il manque des coussins sur les transats, qui ne sont pas très confortables. personnel très gentil il s'occupe de garer la voiture ce qui est appréciable idéal pour déconnecter...

Clean hotel in a unique location on the Mediterranean sea. Friendly staff and copious breakfast.

Hard to beat closeness to ocean The main selling point for this hotel is it's amazing sea side location. We had a room directly facing the ocean, it almost felt like we were on a cruise ship. The hotels private pool and pebble beach area is also very very nice. The hotel itself is a bit older, but still in decent condition. The staff were lovely, we were allowed to stay past checkout to use the pool...

A great holiday in this hotel which enjoys a wonderful seafront location. Each room with a view of a wonderful and transparent sea. A salt water swimming pool available and, for those who love rocky coasts, a pebble beach immediately next to the hotel. But I think the photos speak for themselves. Thanks to Mr. Raffaele for the wonderful hospitality!

Hotel and people are great. Only if you go before the season starts there could be facilities closed like the swimming pool. This should be mention on the hotel site. But there is a pebble beach that we used. Difficult to swim becos of all the rocks but just relaxing on a big rock half in the water was wel worth it.

Best hotel in the area. Staff is great and makes you feel welcomed and at home. The view on the sea is amazing. They have an internal pool with sea water that they pump, fikter and clean from the sea available for use all day. Definitely recommended, I will go back with my girlfriend for sure 👌

Cheap alternative for a couple on a road trip. You get good value for money. Nice small place - a bit less tourists than neighbouring towns - which are only a short bike ride away. Bike rentals right outside the hotel.

Overall okay, comfortable beds with sea view however extremely dated hotel with some funny features such as the room numbers being incorrect on the doors for the matching keys

Excellent location in front of the beach, the promenade and the cycle path. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but very clean furnished rooms. Homemade and tasty cuisine.

So, my relatives came to Liguria to spend a nice holiday, they found this hotel. The rooms are nice when you consider that it is close to the sea and you practically shouldn't even see them. You should just sleep there and that's it, given the splendor of the beach really 50 meters away. However they are beautiful. Very nice hotel. The receptionist, in particular, was polite and helpful.

I'll start with the positives, because there aren't many: the receptionist was very kind and the view was lovely. Otherwise, everything was terrible. The mattress was completely worn out, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioning and television didn't work, the tap was constantly running, and the soundproofing was abysmal: you could hear everything, including the staff talking amongst themselves...

Friendly staff,clean, unbeatable sea views

Lovely old hotel in gorgeous location currently undergoing upgrades… the only issue we suffered was lack of water pressure in the shower (in the morning when there was high demand!) which made temperature control challenging.

The service is excellent. It should be called the Petit Royal Guest House! The facilities are old. The parking lot is very small. However, it is safe to park within the white lines on the road. The breakfast is average. If you have a Chinese stomach, don't book it.

Nice hotel in a really great place. We lived in a quadruple room with sea view in August, conditions were good, the main minus - a refrigerator absence (which is a must-have in a hot place like Ospedaletti). The staff was very helpful. They had hot water, but not ice (and no fridge 😞 ). Breakfasts were usual for Italy - ham, cheese, bread, eggs, jam and etc.
