Overall okay, comfortable beds with sea view however extremely dated hotel with some funny features such as the room numbers being incorrect on the doors for the matching keys

Ignoring the fact that, whether we like it or not, we've become fond of it, given that it's already been our second year (I'm currently writing this and staying on the fourth night of the five we booked) (my mother and I).

ROOMS: ⭐⭐⭐
The rooms are spotless, have TVs (although we've never used them), all with sea views, and in our case, even a balcony, which adds that extra touch of luxury. It should also be said that the lack of plugs near the bed is a nuisance; one is 2 meters off the floor above the mirror, and the other is in the bathroom. I had to bring an extension cord to use the outlet above the mirror. The lack of air conditioning or a fan by default is a serious disappointment, considering that people come here mostly in the height of summer.

SERVICE: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
We requested a fan, since unfortunately there wasn't one in the room, and they very kindly brought it. The breakfast service is good; they also offer lunch if you're half-board, but we only had breakfast. They sell water if needed, and the staff is very kind and polite.

LOCATION: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This place is simply breathtaking: having a place to stay, literally right on the beach, on a street where you could literally live (bars, restaurants, etc.).

VALUE FOR MONEY: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I'd like to add an extra star here, because at this price, WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO FIND A HOTEL, 50 meters from the sea, with breakfast included, in HIGH TOURIST SEASON? My compliments.

Personal notes:
The hotel has been left a bit neglected in certain details, partly due to the lack of staff. It's lacking someone to invest more heavily, which is a real shame, especially considering the splendid location. The current staff, however, works hard to ensure a warm welcome. I hope the hotel can improve in the future. The most serious issue for me is the lack of hotel parking, given that it's very expensive in the area.
