Location amazing, rooms lovely breakfast perfect and the owners and staff were great an friendly will always staybhere at porto san giorgio

Old, maintenance-free 3-star hotel, definitely in need of updating. I grant a star only for the proximity to the beach.
Small, dark room with crumbling window frames (you can hear any noise from the street). Not only that, the entrance door is not adequate to keep the light and the noises coming from the corridor leading to the other rooms.
Besides, made to clean up at the check-in, because of the dust.
In the bathroom: cracked shower tray, broken shower rail and very poor water flow. Tiles without joints (dangerous for children), perpetually open window, impossible to close due to broken hinges.
Breakfast nothing special, fruit, just empty croissants, a couple of industrial cakes, which if they are left over are offered again the next day.
Overall: for a 3-star hotel in these conditions, the very high price, I will not return and I certainly do not recommend it to those with children.
Turning to Porto S. Giorgio you will find well-kept b & bs, with more adequate prices for the same services offered by this hotel.

3-star hotel not luxurious but nice and above all very clean. Staff prepared available and extremely kind excellent breakfast with brioche almost always freshly baked

The staff are very polite and courteous, the rooms are clean and the environment is peaceful.
I will gladly spend another weekend there.
Maybe not in high season.
