A good place to stay close to the beach and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay

The resort was obviously not new, and maintenance has been neglected for some time. Some buildings are worse than others. Our rooms were clean but old/worn. Pool area was the best part

Nice bar is on the top floor, and also a swimming pool. Breakfast is extensive, everything is available. A few steps from the hotel to the beach. Swimming pools are closed during the winter time

During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room

Good choice as it is really close to the beach, and the breakfast is included which is a big advantage.

As previously mentioned based on our own experiences this is definitely not 5 stars probably 3/4 stars. Service not brilliant however room ok, pool area lovely. A lot of choice but not 5 stars

The hotel is beautifully located, right in front of the beach. It has two nice swimming pools, including a spectacular rooftop pool. The hotel is designed to be stylish, but there are some minor flaws

- dirty pool never cleaned from the looks of it - the private beach is only available until 7pm so you cant even access it to watch the sunset. Staff tell us to walk 15 min to go to the public beach instead

- Parking is only available for a specific amount of guest (first come first served) and it doesn't even apply to the entire day and on top of that there is no guarantee that you will have a parking spot available to you

Further putting in doubt their nightly rate. - the rooms are tiny, and feel pretty dated. The prehistoric tv and wardrobe is a good indicator. - you have to call front desk so that they activate the air conditioning

So most of the time are forced to take stairs, which is really inconvenient for people with handicaps or respiratory illnesses - the hotel is an a remote area unless you have a car

When we asked why to the front desk they replied because the parking permit is expensive. Well at 300$ USD a night so is your hotel for what you are offering

- The maids dont even change the bedsheets they just rearrange and tuck them back in. We had to make a fuss about it to get them to have it done

Very nice location by a number of beaches. Rooms and baths are on smaller but super clean. They have an affordable buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person (no take out) We enjoyed our stay

Despite that the front office guy gave us a large bottle of water, arranged a taxi for us in the early morning at 6am AND because we did not have time to get breakfast there he gave us a bag with our breakfast for on our way to the airport

Dated hotel but nothing really wrong with it. Stayed in apartment for one night. Hotel has beach club 10 minutes walk away but umbrellas cost extra. Hotel has tennis court and small but nice pool

The hotel is located adjacent to a Golf Course and has green surrounding. Unlike other places in Europe, the rooms are spacious, well furnished and maintained. There is a clean beautiful beach just 300 meters away

Located nearly a kilometre away from the Tyrrhenian beachfront it's ideal for group tour operators as the place is huge with provision to accommodate several big vehicles. Rooms are so so, with minimum utilities

Breakfast is stereotyped European. If visiting alone or in small cards one can book a beachfront property if one wants to stay away from the hustle bustle of the nearby big cities of Pisa and Florence

A small hotel in Tirrenia with a lovely restaurant, loved the food. 10 min walk to cafes and other restaurants by the beach. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind the bus ride

We were very happy with our room. It was clean and the sheets were gleaming white. Our room was much more than the two stars of the hotel would expect. The area was beautiful and the sea very near

ChristineMark This Hotel is fantastic we loved it! Friendly helpful staff, gorgeous area opposite the Beach close to cafes and bars, we had dinner at the lovely ristorante onsite

During the night, the mattresses tended to drift apart, creating a gap that caused discomfort. I would have preferred if the mattresses were more securely attached to each other for a more comfortable sleeping experience

We were truly struck by the care with which the owners take care of both the hospitality aspect and the restaurant part, exceptional food for the taste and also for the eyes

Elisa created a wonderful atmosphere specifically for us, kindly allowed to check in 2 hours earlier than the official check-in, at the same time she hurried to quickly clean the room after other tourists just for us and hospitably wrote to us on WhatsApp that the room was ready

It was very nice to walk to the center of Tirrenia, and across the road from the beautiful beaches, where you can buy an umbrella with sun beds and enjoy a nice time at the sea

The bed linen is perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, the TV, AC and fridge worked without interruptions. A nice bonus was the presence of a kettle, coffee, tea and delicious sweets offered by the hotel team

Then she even showed us to the room and explained all the details. Everything in the room is ergonomically designed, functional, the room is modern, the shower is quite spacious

We want to come to you next time and definitely for more days, probably even for 1 week. Super accommodation, we recommend
