Everything was good. Pool time was little short. And dinner food quality it was okay. Room was good too.

A good place to stay close to the beach and with a good pool area. The breakfast was very good and the rooms okay. On the downside - the cleaning of the rooms could be better and there was far too much noise from the evening entertainment (it was to laud and going on to long past 23:30). Otherwise a general good hotel with nice and service minded staff

A very comfortable bed, the shower water pressure was weak, and water leaked all over the place. The receptionist was average. The location was convenient for catching a train. There's a huge coop nearby which was awesome. No kettle in the room which was annoying..

Hotel was clean and the rooms had everything you need for solo travel.

Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel.

Staff was great, the few restaurants were ok at best. The plaza after dark… don’t stop for over a minute unless you want people to aggressively try and sell you *****. Beautiful city, great hotel, fantastic staff… just don’t go out after dark.

Located on busy street with lots ofbshopping and dining in the area.

The bed was a bit small, but the location is in the city center, right next to a bus stop, so it’s convenient to get around. Overall, it’s pretty good for the price.

Parking can be an issue. Nice hidtoric facility with a view of the ocean. Walkable to shopping and dining.

Solo trip Hotel was in a great location with easy access to public transport, first night I arrived didnt get a nice welcome from the guy who was at the reception but the other ladies at the desk were smiling and welcoming in the following days. The room was clean and cleaned everyday from what i observe. I was disapppointed that the room did not have a kettle and tea bags, I had to ask to get a kettle...

The location was great . Walking distance to ferry terminal and 10 minute bus ride to station . Have stayed at the Grand Duca on 3 occasions and each time delighted with the view over the harbour .

Pleasant Stay at Hotel Gran Luca. This is the second time staying here. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony we could go out on and eat, relax or people watch. Very enjoyable. Chairis was so pleasant and helpful at the front desk. No matter how many times we asked questions or directions, she answered them with a smile. Sending a shot from the front of the hotel at night.

We stayed here a couple of days before taking a train to Rome. Rooms were clean and we were right across from the port. Everything we needed we could walk to. Charis was so helpful at the front desk.

Central hotel a few steps from the center. The room was welcoming and spacious. King size bed, fairly large bathroom. Excellent breakfast and lastly qualified and very kind staff.

Clean room and sufficient elevator - important since I was on 4th floor. Nice reception area and good location near via Grande, the main shopping area and place to catch buses to and from the Livorno central train station. Only drawback was no comfortable chair to sit in - only a desk type chair that was uncomfortable.

Small but very clean and comfortable room. Close to the great restaurants and bars of the little Venice area. The night manager in particular needs to be called out for his helpfulness. When no taxi was available for an early morning trip to the train station, he called a friend who got us to our train on time. That is how you get repeat customers. Thanks!

It came as a surprise to me to find out that breakfast hadn’t been included with our booking. I must have missed something in the booking process. We couldn’t pay extra and have breakfast that morning as it hadn’t been organised. Suggest people double check when they book or check in as it hadn’t happened to us before.

A 3-bed room in the center of Livorno, close to the main attractions and the port. Just a few steps from the main shopping street. The staff was friendly. We loved everything.

We checked in for 1 night after 2 flights and Micheal Forti and staff were both friendly helpful and even aiding us to acquire a taxi which was very challenging due to limited number. Thank you for helping us and providing our start to our vacation. Well done! Bravo! High recommended.

The front desk was very welcoming

I loved my little clean room that had a view of the boats. The staff were helpful and generous. It is quite a good deal for location and how well appointed it was with my own espresso machine in the room. I will certainly stay here again if in Livorno!

Stayed in this hotel for a week,everything was fine. Friendly,polite and helpfull staff. Amazing location,bus stops just in 1 min walk. Gorgeous view from window. Just in mornings when traffic is busy and window is open ,you can feel traffic fumes and noise. But in general its nice place to stay and explore city,also not far to go to the beach with the bus,shopping street is just arround the corner...

The hotel is actually an old villa with wonderful architecture, big spacious rooms and nice interior decorations. They even managed to install an elevator. They a parking place in the back of the villa, but the places are a little bit tight, so your auto paint is a the mercy of the attention of others. The hotel has a fairly good location, but using the bus or car to reach the center is essential. Even if it's on the boardwalk it lacks a sea view. It's quite an old building but in acceptable condition. On the positive side, breakfast was OK with the possibility of eating at the outside tables. The buffet was of standard quality. booked for one night... considering the reputation, the location and the imposing structure I thought better. externally very beautiful, paid internal parking is not the best, the room assigned to me did not totally satisfy me: very comfortable bed and large special mattress.. but otherwise the room is dated.. cleanliness leaves something to be desired due to the dust hair found on the bedside table...

Decent hotel but only suitable for people travelling by car! You will not get here by foot, and the public transport is very bad - takes about an hour to Livorno with usually at least one bus change, and no service at all in the evening. In an industrial area next to a gas station and mcdonalds.

Nice place to saty for a night or two

The structure isn't new, but it's in good condition. Everyone is very kind and attentive at the moment. They've partnered with a small restaurant to guarantee a minimal but comfortable dinner. Great job!

Clean, too close to industrial area

No wifi - Internet not working,the guy said nothing he can do. Only in the reception has internet. If you are tall the shower is small you can't bent. It only good for night rest if you need to sleep nothing else. Food I didn't have time to go and eat. So far the elevator is not that big. The room for 1 night is €75... but I can recommend for everyone to visit this place if you need a place to sleep

This hotel was located about a 1-minute walk from Teatro Goldoni in Livorno and was ideal for attending the opera. The room was fine for me and the staff friendly and helpful. Would book again if I return to Livorno.

Room is clean, airconditioning works well, only drawback is that shower is full of mold where they put paint over it, but that's obviously not working....

Just for one night, prices not really reasonable and parking not included. The lift is too small, probably just for the luggage.

The best thing about it is the location, on a cliff next to the mediterrane and easy access to the Coast. It's a Mix of camping places and Bungalows. Easy access to public transportation to town

There are very clean and in good condition facilities. Only pitches near the water line is really good for us. We paid for the pitch on the second line and it was very small. We have a really small caravan ~3-4 m and it was even impossible to open the tent! Other pitches with the same price are bigger. Who knows how it works. Also voltage is too low and it’s very hard to use a kettle.

This is a great resort. We stayed in one of their mobile homes but there's spaces for rent camping, vans, motorhomes and campers. I have mobility limitations and they were great to work with but there's a lot of access however in order to get to the beach you will have stairs. I chose not to go down. But there's a lovely vista walk along the water and view points with benches.

Very clean, close to the port Livorno. Friendly reception. We stayed one night, the air conditioner was automatically on, even if we turned it off after sometime was it on again, on by own. The room was too dark, and full with extra beds. There was a balcony but completely covered with wall. It was more likely a hole.

The entrance to the pension is a bit uncomfortable, it opens directly onto the very narrow sidewalk. The staff is nice. Room a little bare but comfortable. The value for money is decent

I liked the hospitality although English isn't spoken often by owners/receptionist. Room had noisy bed and a small shower, but was equiped with AC and bath accessories. Free parking infront ans beach bars near by. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, clean and spacious rooms, we had a triple room. The staff are very helpful and friendly, they let us store our luggage so we could explore Livorno. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk away from the main square and the cruise bus stop. The hotel doesn’t have a lift however the staff carried our luggage for us without us even asking for help, which was very kind of them.

Nice, spacious junior suite. Had all we needed for few nights stay. Loved the pool and sauna area. Good location and helpful staff. Livorno itself was bit outdated but we would stay longer because of this hotel. Travelling with small child and a dog, both were welcomed.
