This hotel was fantastic and superceded all of our expectations!
The staff was exceptional; it's run by a family who are the nicest people we've ever met on a vacation.
The beach was fantastic, the cleanliness of the rooms was immaculate - we can't get over how great this experience was.
The hotel's interior has not been turned into a super modern facility (which we actually appreciated as it gave a warm an friendly atmosphere), but it was so well kept!
The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us, had a safe & mini fridge.
The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly.
The location was very convenient as its close to everything (supermarket, gelateria, farmacy etc.), but it's not a busy city center - it's located right between Grottammare & San Benedetto del Tronto which means the area is calm, but still somehow busy.
Tons of great restaurants along the promenade.
We just loved it.
Hope to return for more than just 1 week next summer.
