Excellent location, quiet location to easily go to Grottammare alta, Cupra marittima, San Benedetto del Tronto and to the numerous inland locations. Nice beach suitable for children. Great service in a family run establishment. Cleanliness, courtesy and availability.

Excellent location, a few steps from the center of Grottamare and San Benedetto, possibly bicycles to move around always available, in a quiet area with a breathtaking view. Warmth and kindness at the highest levels, restaurant with varied and well-kept dishes, you eat very well, congratulations to the dining room staff and the cook / o. Clean and well-kept rooms. Do I recommend it? I recommend it .......... and what to say more .... WE WILL ABSOLUTELY RETURN !!!!!

Kindness, professionalism, education. Family-run hotel, excellent food, clean rooms, located in front of the sea with the beach included, excellent value for money .... highly recommended. Family-run hotel a stone's throw from the sea. Chalet with umbrella and two sun loungers included in the price of the stay. Clean structure, excellent food, daily choice between three first and three second courses as well as side dishes, fish at will and delicious fried !!! All seasoned with the extreme professionalism and kindness of the managers always ready to please the customer! Needless to say, I am very satisfied with my stay and am already looking forward to the next one! Sincere congratulations and grazieeee! Giovanna Ventura
