I spent a week in this hotel and I was fully satisfied. Top seafront room, balcony with drying rack and clothes pegs, chair, wardrobe in the room complete with chest of drawers and hangers, comfortable bed, luggage rack, shoe compartment, refrigerator, air conditioning, spacious bathroom equipped with hand soap dispenser, cream and shower gel in the shower.
Cleaning from 10 throughout the hotel.
Super-varied breakfast, from salty to sweet, all fresh and served by the staff, which in covid time, I really appreciated. Sanitizing dispensers everywhere, masks worn by everyone (believe me, in other hotels it is not so unfortunately)
Beautiful and convenient location, in front of the beaches, excellent and very close affiliated restaurants. Parking in a closed and safe space not far away. Polite and professional staff. In short .... an excellent choice, which I recommend to everyone.
Absolutely repeating holiday.

The property is fairly standard in decor and room size. It must be said that the price is justified by the seafront location, the beach included, a very good breakfast! I admit I also did the triple buffet round ... the young and kind staff! It is the 2nd time that I have a week with my family ... there is a reason ... no?

Clean, close to the shore/sea, kind staff. The breakfast is too much italian but there is a part continental.

Nice hotel, great staff, good location, geat Grottammare.
