We spent a wonderful week at Hotel CalaCuncheddi. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable and quiet rooms, superb food and very friendly staff. The hotel is directly located at the seaside with a private beach (very clean!). If you prefer, they have a beautiful pool with an awesome sea view too. It's not your typical family hotel but our toddler thoroughly enjoyed her first beach holidays here...

This hotel is flawless. The rooms are beautiful. The property is incredibly gorgeous. Everything is immaculately clean. The food was fantastic. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They have the most beautiful pool I've ever seen overlooking the ocean and the beach is just a few steps from the pool. The views are breathtaking. This hotel is above and beyond in every way!

Stayed 6 nights and enjoyed everything about this small upscale beach resort. I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the pool restaurant at Hotel Cala Cuncheddi on Sardinia island, Italy. We had a very good lunch there with superb views and great service.

Beautiful new and clean structure in Sardinian style. Swimming pool with bar, green area and relaxation area, sun beds and umbrellas, rich and varied breakfast, I would say a great experience.

The host Ivan is fantastic and does everything to ensure you have the best time possible. He took the time to send us links to hotels, shops etc. Residence La Rosa is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and set in beautiful grounds. I would recommend Residence La Rosa to anyone staying in the Porto San Paolo area.

Absolutely stunning, I had an amazing trip and Ivan was so helpful! I would absolutely recommend a stay here. It is easy to get to even if you don't hire a car on the local bus which drops you almost at the end of the road. Great location for going out and exploring the local and further afield sights. I really loved the vibe of this place. Staff were very friendly, the outdoor restaurant was prettily decorated with canopies and lights and the pool and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean. Amazing service. A little out of the city so you have to take the bus bus this hotel compensates everything with their service, rooms and staff. One of the best and complete breakfasts ever had. Stayed at this hotel as a week break away with two of my mates! Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay. We only had Bed and Breakfast. Tried the buffet dinner once. It wasn’t that great for 25 euros each (not including drinks). Plenty of other restaurants on site though. We tried a pizzeria! Excellent food there! Friendly and helpful stuff there. Loved our 3 night city break in Hotel for You Olbia. The most friendly check in we have ever experienced. Lovely room with a big elevated terrace, giving amazing views over the rooftops to the sea and hills beyond. There is a lovely pool area but we didn't have time to try it. Breakfast was the biggest selection of continental I have ever seen with a few hot options. No English speaking T V channels...

These apartments are spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. They are managed by the opposite hotel La Locanda del conte Mameli, so you have the reception staff at your disposal. The location is perfect.

Really nice hotel. I loved the decoration. Rooms big and comfortable. Note they only provide shampoos in the toiletries' set and shower caps. Extra toiletries on demand at the reception and at a cost. Breakfast included but average quality. Running only until 10 am, including on weekends. We went there by 9.30 the first morning and most of it was already gone.
