The hotel facilities are great, but the location is a bit out of the way, which can be inconvenient if you don't have a car. When checking out, they mistakenly charged us for someone else's dinner. At the time, due to language barrier, I didn't understand what was happening. When I went back to inquire, the staff member was very impatient and showed a bad attitude. Very disappointed!

A little outside the center, but conveniently located. It offers a large, covered parking lot and spacious grounds with a pool. Modern rooms, some with large balconies.

The rooms are new, the facilities are good, the swimming pool and fitness facilities are complete, it is not far from the airport, there are many types of breakfast, many locals choose this place as a holiday resort

I loved the location - near Lidls (perfect for stocking up for beach trips). Also near Decathalon. But they gave us 2 single beds and we were on a honeymoon claiming I had requested it. Their system is getting orders mixed up, as my actual request they didn't have in their system. Breakfast is decent, scrambled eggs every day which were good, but as someone who doesn't eat meat would be good for more...

It is very close to the airport and very convenient. It is also very convenient to take a taxi from the city center in 10 minutes. The supporting facilities are also quite comprehensive. Although I haven't been to the big supermarket opposite, it is very close.

I had an amazing stay at Jazz Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with stunning views. The spa and fitness center seems to be excellent we haven’t the time to test it 😅 but looks good. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Personally Highly recommended!

The employees were super friendly and helpful. I had a lively dinner here. Breakfast had a good selection of items but the cooked food was not warm. The room was quite nice but hairdryer attachment and shampoo pump were broken. Location was quite near the airport which was good.

Hotel DP Olbia was very pleasant and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The facilities were very nice, and the breakfast was wonderful! The pool area and poolside bar was a favorite spot to enjoy the sunshine when the weather was nice, and altogether the experience was very good! Highly recommend!

A great base for a short stay in Olbia. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. The rooftop pool at sunset was lovely. The staff were also very accommodating and made us a breakfast package as we had an early flight.

Excellent hotel! The bed was very comfortable and we only ate breakfast and it was good except it could have been hotter! The eggs and pancakes and bacon and toast were all cold.

When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful.

Very basic, affordable and good place for a rest. Bit far from the city center. Staff super friendly, honorable mention to the girl that runs in the bar, I was late for breakfast and she was kind enough to provide coffee and pastry. There is a park opposite, and it is only 1KM to the core area. For citywalkers, it is a good hotel with acceptable conditions and facilities🏨. The parking lot 🅿️ is 300m away, so it’s kind to not charge a fee. Breakfast is not bad

They wouldn't let us open the umbrella at the beach...front desk didn't believe that we didn't have beach towels...made my husband run to the room twice because they didn't believe us ..so he brought down the shower towels to prove a point. Maybe wouldn't have been that big of a deal but we were exhausted from traveling.

The location is perfect and the rooms large and clean. The corridors were dated and had a musty smell, but this did not affect the bedrooms or main living areas. Likely to do with the age of the building which is otherwise beautifully kept. Also has a private parking which is incredible in Olbia!

Had such an amazing stay! The staff is unparalleled, so kind and attentive, we were a party of 18 and they really tended to all our wants and needs with such amazing disposition and big smiles! The house is an old apartment, so the soundproofing is quite poor. During my stay, I kept hearing heavy footsteps upstairs. With an unusual check in time of 5pm this contributed to a bad start, together with a less than appealing litter strewn entrance we had to verify our identity in the middle of the street. Despite the fact it was next to the official office next door. That said the courtyard was lovely to relax in. Rooms were spacious and clean. I could not really recommend the area in general.
