The worst place I ever stayed in Italy. The structure layout, furnitures and facilities are from 70s, the noises from the highway nearby are combined with loud music, people screaming of the birthday parties this so called hotel organizes until after midnight. Horrific experience, wood windows with a 2mm single glass installed 50 years ago with below coeficient zero thermic and acoustic insulation. Staff utterly incompetent with no understanding of clients needs. Bathroom was a nightmare with very dated facilities comming from another era and shower with no curtain running the water directly above WC and bidet. Horrendous experience, STAY AWAY.

From this experience I understood why it is called Primo Sole, breathtaking view!
"Modern" rooms for 10 euros per night compared to the "old" ones, good compromise.

Really helpful and friendly staff, beautiful breakfast with cakes, fruit, yogurt and cereal, etc. Good decor and facilities, room very clean with beautiful see view.
