Loved staying here! Matteo and Sylvia are the perfect hosts and the rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful too and the food is delicious and met my dietary requirements. Thank you!

I stayed 14 days. From 6 to 20 August. I'm sorry to say that I wasn't as happy as I expected. I don't want to be controversial because the managers are of infinite courtesy and kindness, but I must say that the care of the place did not reflect my expectations. I didn't find the cleanliness the place deserved. On the website I saw photos of a two-room apartment and when we arrived we were given an apartment that looked like it came out of the 70s (with furnishings and furnishings from the 70s). Not to mention the shower which was a torture. The door was so narrow that help was needed to get in and out. Positive thing is the beautiful swimming pool, but be careful because vacationers are second-class customers as the pool is also open to the public and it is always like staying at the municipal of Rozzano.

They have a lot of potential, in my opinion some things can be improved but they are more aesthetic factors and some features than anything else.

I recommend for anyone who would like to have a holiday, beautiful pool, excellent breakfast, courteous and helpful staff, have a beautiful view of both the hills and the sea.

They also have camping pitches for those who love camping.

In short, ultra recommended for anyone who wants to go there, a few kilometers away you also have the sea reachable in the bush only 10 minutes.

This is the second visit I make but only outside where they exist: a space reserved for dogs and a beautiful swimming pool. Among other things, there is a wonderful view from the top of more than 200m. Between Grottammare and Cupra. We eat only in the evening as well as for breakfast. Dinner consists of a platter of cold cuts and various cheeses. According to guests, the rooms are usable and quite comfortable.
