Modern and tastefully built, the rooms are nice and the bathrooms are comfortable with tasteful finishes. The complete and tasty breakfast, the more than fair price for a similar structure on Saturday, a stone's throw from the sea and the nightlife but still absolutely silent. The kind and above all nice owner, will be a fixed stop for the next stops in Porto Sant’Elpidio in our up and down Italy

• Rooms equipped with everything you need and well cleaned. There is also a mini fridge with some drinks and snacks available.
• Well-stocked sweet and savory breakfast, including Elena's delicious homemade desserts. They also provided lactose-free and gluten-free products to meet everyone's needs.
You can also have breakfast on the terrace, which in the morning, with the breeze of the Marche region, is a pleasure!
• The sea is just a few minutes walk from the hotel, which has stations available on the partner beach which also serves as a restaurant.
• In front of the structure there are various free and also paid parking lots, but in the nearby streets you will always find a free place without stress!

Antonello gave us a lot of information on events in Porto Sant’Elpidio and in the neighboring municipalities and on things to visit or do, such as the Vespa tour of the nearby villages.
Antonello and Elena are two wonderful people who welcomed us making us feel at home, we already miss them!
It will be difficult to stay anywhere better than this!
If we go back there we will definitely book there again.

We can say that it was a short but intense stay! Excellent cleaning of the rooms, furnished with deep taste and functionality. Strategic position: we are in the center of Porto Sant'Elipidio and the parking is in front of the building. Breakfast? Everything, absolutely everything, including the famous omelettes of the "chef" Antonello. Antonello is also the owner, who with his kind wife takes care of this B&B; always courteous and helpful.
