Nice room, furnished with care, bathroom with jacuzzi, all perfectly tidy and clean.
Very courteous owner and good price.
Excellent location, it is located just a stone's throw from the pedestrian center.

Cozy place ... the owner kind and helpful ... the room clean, welcoming and with everything you need ... much appreciated the entrance to the room directly from the outside ... room with double door entrance ... there is also a frigetto in the room, which is very comfortable , and with welcome water (not to be taken for granted) ... perfect air conditioning ... coffee machine available ...
The exterior is well-kept but the area is not so much ... still pleasant
Very quiet at night and you sleep well ...
Parking is a bit difficult because on the side of the road and you have to find a place ...

Hi everyone I tell you first of all that I am disabled and I am in a wheelchair cmq great place, very kind owner, clean room.
Its location is wonderful a few steps (so to speak in my case) from the pedestrian center in fact I was delighted and from the beaches. The only flaw in the whole country I found some problems to access.

We and 3 years that we come to this structure, and we always have a great time. The owners are really very kind and nice, and their b & b is located a few meters from the main street of porto sant'elpidio, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants. But in the structure nothing is heard. Excellent breakfast agreements with a bar with excellent croissants. Really great

Very clean room equipped with everything you need, furnished in an original way perfect for our short stay.It is located a few steps from the sea and very close to the historic center which in the evening comes alive with people and clubs.
The strong point is actually the absolute availability of the owners: 2 young guys who were able to advise us and who came to meet us in everything.
I would say the phone number is worth keeping for future holidays. Greetings from isabel and Gabriel
