This is a nice hotel with large, well equipped and clean rooms. Little pool for children. Breakfast choices are fine, staff is friendly and helpful. I waited to write this review because if I did it while I was at the hotel I would have given it one star. I gave it three stars because it really is at best a 3 star and likely a two star hotel. Check in protracted. Only hotel not to provide free water in the rooms...... 3 euros. No beach loungers or sun shades provided on their beach even when promised. Air conditioning non-functioning on arrival, lots of promises to fix, rooms hot if in roof. Management generally not customer focused. No covered route to bedrooms...... you get wet if it rains walking from reception. Fabulous underground...

Overall we had a great stay. The pool is beautiful and the access to the beach is quick. The staff is so accommodating, In particular I would really like to thank Alfredo and all his staff at the restaurant (Selma and the other girls too). They were so lovely and helpful when I needed help to get specially made food for my baby. Thank you!

We have just left - it’s a beautiful location on a hill, with a spectacular view. Francesca is a thoughtful host, making sure her guests feel looked after. Very good breakfasts, good choice of food and drinks. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, bathrooms might need some refresh but overall clean and working well. This kind of place is difficult to forget. We were given a room with an amazing view and we had privacy since we were at the furthest room of the hotel. The rooms were clean and enormous. Very nice apartments, super clean, well equipped and close to the beach. Also helful staff, Frida îs always there, happy to solve any issue. The location is also good, as you can easily reach - 3 beaches in Aranci Golf, Marinella Beach, Porto Rotondo beach, the White Beach, Pittulungo beach and many others famous beaches.

Awesome space with a huge accessible flat roof for sun bathing. It's close to the beach and has an awesome restaurant right next door. The only issue was no washing machine as advertised. We were on a cycling trip and desperately needed clothes washed. Minor issue. Would go again with more clothes.

The best of the experience was Frida, she was super helpful and kind, always ready to answer our questions and help out. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and very well-located. The rooftop was a bonus we use it to chill and relax after all day visiting!

Place is well located, the lady at the reception was really nice and the decor cute, BUT there was a terrible stench of drains coming from the bathroom at all times. Also the 2 bedrooms did not have an AC there is one in the living room and you need to leave the door open … we paid circa 280 euro a night for the apartment for mid season …

Nice family hotel named after owners Nonna . Spotlessly clean with generous breakfast. Bed comfortable with quiet air conditioning for sleep. Great location. Small fridge. Coffee and tea facilities even in the reception area would have been perfect.

A small well-kept hotel, new in structure, very clean rooms and good comforts. Definitely recommended..... a double room in June costs 130 euros..... I think we are in the norm..... a little less we are perfect but I also understand that we are already in high season

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are a bit dated. The beach shuttle was amazing, and the beach itself too. The pools are wonderful and the entertainment is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. It would get serviced everyday, but the sheets didn’t get changed the 4 nights we were there. For the price this is a great place to stay. Half board gets you a buffet breakfast and dinner. Pools were nice, but the music was too loud starting at 4pm. They need to clean the bathrooms better, the tile grout lines in the shower had thick grime on them and the shower floor was slippery.

Incredible stay! Very accommodating staff to help with booking taxis and excursions. Stunning rooms and views. Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. Two weeks with my family (2 adults, 2 children). We were very happy. The apartment was large, beautifully clean, functional, and quiet. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, a balcony with a sea view, and WiFi. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The white sand is beautiful, with crystal-clear water, and the prices are affordable (July, a beach umbrella and two lounge chairs...

Good location next to beach and close also to other beaches to drive, also close distance to Olbia. The manager Andrea was great- helped with all requests. The negative point is that there is no sound isolation between the floors and when the neighbors upstairs were loud at night- we could hear everything.

Beyong expectations and highly recommended Giovanni's place was beyond my expectation. Very easy to find and reach with a car. It’s not a place if you are alone. It’s a long drive up to the mountains. And the road is single track 🙃 it’s scary if you drive at night.
