Bed & Breakfast Oasi in Pescara

A very cosy B&B around a 15 minute bus ride from Pescara Centre, a 10 minute walk from the Beach , Marisa and Edwardo are very Friendly and made us welcomed, The Brekfast was adequate with Copious Coffee being made by Marisa and a lovely Treat every Morning was a selection of Homemade Cakes, so thank you Marisa and Edwardo, and thank you Edwardo for taking us both to the Airport..

The baby is very cute and comfortable, the managers are helpful and kind, the room is very clean and equipped with every comfort, with an automatic coffee machine and kettle available, to enjoy a coffee or herbal tea at any time. Advised

Very welcoming place and really kind owners. Private building near the sea and very quiet. For business, holidays or quick transit it's great. I highly recommend Marisa and Edoardo as people and as managers!

Friendliness and friendliness! Clean, comfortable and quiet room with a large terrace... with air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets... Small table on the terrace and clotheslines. We also had parking space!! Strategic and convenient... even in the future!

We had a really good time, the owners were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, you can go to the beach on foot in 5 minutes and by car in a few minutes to the centre. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet

Relaxing stay between me and my wife in a new location chosen at random and among the various proposals, we chose this family-run B&B, excellent quality/price ratio, excellent welcome from the owners Mrs. Marisa and Mr. Edoardo, excellent quiet area, excellent spacious room with private bathroom, excellent cleanliness, excellent super good and plentiful breakfast between sweet and savory and Mrs. Marisa prepares delicious muffins made with her hands... a few hundred meters away you reach the beach and the area is full of services and public transport

I've been coming back here for years due to work... and it's now my second beautiful home!! Everything is always perfect, Marisa is always super helpful... and the breakfast is delicious and always surprises me. Quiet place, a stone's throw from everything... in short, it's always a joy to come back and rest :)

Warm welcome from the hostess, really kind and attentive to every need, maximum courtesy and availability.

Breakfast: really good with homemade muffins (chocolate, apple, walnut etc ...), but offers little variety of products and served on a terrace a little too exposed to the sun. A cooler and more reserved environment is preferable.

Parking: the possibility of reserved and free parking inside the structure is excellent.

Position: it is on the border between Montesilvano and Pescara (whose center is about 5 km away), and the proximity to the sea is excellent (about 800m) from a free beach equipped with showers, bars and various services. Strategic position for the various movements.

Room: comfort room with all the essentials, presence of air conditioner, quite quiet and clean, comfortable bed.
Needs some general maintenance.
Daily change of towels is preferable.

Price: good value for money, in line with the services offered.

Absolutely recommended.

I had a great time, both in terms of the room and the welcome received, super kind and helpful owners! The location is excellent, it is very close to the bus stop and not far from the sea. What about the owner's homemade desserts for breakfast? 😍 I recommend it ☺️
