We were here for the marathon event. We were given a room on another building which looked like abandoned hospital. The way was a bit weird, it had an abandoned pizzeria and when you exit you will see big garbage bins. The young girls at the reception was so slow that another girl helped here. Very well placed object - almost on the beach. Personel is very kind and helpfuull. We can check in earlier and check out later than usual. Nice hall and outside terrace - comftable tables and chair you can use even after bar is closed. Comftable beds. Little fridge andTV in the room. Cleaning service every morning.

I had to spend two weeks in Montesilvano at Grand Hotel. The rooms were fine, clean and the view was very nice. Would like to thank the maids, the chefs and the staff of the restaurants in the hotel, for their great service. Please change the pillows, too hard. and add some salads and Macedonia to the menu.

Positive: beach service was excellent Negative: 1. Very noisy at evenings. The hotel next to Sea Lion had outdoor parties with very loud music every single night. Right on the beach and comfortable The hotel staff are really sweet and welcoming. The location is perfect. The hotel needs some upgrading with regards to furnishings and shower cubicle and the WiFi login system is very much outdated. All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

What's not to like...a beautiful property right on the beach and with so many restaurants and shops within a 5 min walk...what more could you ask for.

Having heard about Pescara beautiful sea front, we decided to give it a try and choose your place. We arrived late at night without booking. We just completed a 4 night stay in a triple room. The front desk, dining area, pool area, and entertainment staff are all positive with warm smiles and extremely helpful with any requests. Rooms are spotless, beds very comfortable. Proximity to beach and beach club just steps away. Breakfast buffet also decent variety. We would definitely return. Gracie Mille a tutti! The hotel is really Nice and the people are kind but we stayed 3 days, and during 2 of them, there was a party near the swimming pool until 2 am with loud music, this was very annoying. On top of that, the cleaning ladies couldn't stop yelling near our room very early in the morning, every day... But it still rate it 4 stars because it's really well located, the food is very good and the beds are nice...

The swimming pool and grounds were fantastic. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with a very large modern TV with sky. Nice that they included a bidet aswell.

It’s a nice hotel for the price. But in my case, the washroom wasn’t clean. The bed and pillows need more comfort. And as for security, it’s basic. Anyone can get in and out of the hotel. No questions asked. Same for the elevator. But for a quick stay and be a few steps away from the beach… it’s good !

The hotel was okay. Clean but dated anf could do with some updating. Staff really accommodating. The walls could do with some soundproofing as we could hear people next door. The breakfast was disappointing and only thing we looked forward was the hot chocolate. I think it wasn't good value for money and maybe I won't choose to stay here again. Beach is near, restaurants also. Parking inside hotel area cost extra 10eu per night (but not so much space, I think you should reserve at the summer season if you want to get in). Not so comfortable for 4 person in one room, lack of space. Breakfast was good, but coffe was awful, just like someone pill some acid in your cup.

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 star. Everything is perfectly organized. Rooms are pretty big and very clean. Air conditioner working very efficient. Their portions are huge in breakfast and choices are rich. All stuffs are very polite and they do their best to make you comfortable. Very nice hotel located 100 meters from the beach ... it also has umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price. The rooms are very nice and a bit technological. The bathroom has a sink with two drawers underneath that are very comfortable for storing your cosmetics and at the same time everything remains tidy. Cleaning is maximum. Well maintained hotel in front of the motorway exit, excellent for breaking up the journey but also for reaching the center of Pescara. The staff are polite and very professional. The location was not nice and remote. In the middle of business buildings that gave me the feeling that you are not on vacation. We were there in the winter and everything looked as if we visiting a closed B&B. No coffee or tea in the room. No glasses. One of the curtains could not be closed in the bedroom because it was stuck for some reason. Everything looked old and heavily used. Host was friendly...

There were numerous things that we liked: 1) The pool was awesome - very large, deep at one end, shallow at the other. 2) The garden was very relaxing. 3) It was nice to be able to relax in the chairs outside of our room next to the pool after our arrival. 4) Parking was very handy 5) The staff were great 6) The architecture was very memorable.

The location was ok, the pool was nice, and the room was comfortable, but it smelled of stale smoke and was not as well appointed as most b & b accomodation we've stayed in, in the area.
