Hotels in Carpignano Salentino

This is a fabulous hotel in a beautiful peaceful location although not far from major towns such as Otranto and Lecce. Our room was very clean and comfortable with all facilities. Staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful and all spoke perfect English. Highly recommended for anyone travelling to this area of Southern Italy.

Planning on spending 8 days in Puglia we decided to split our time with 5 days in the southern portion and 3 in the northern portion. We studied many hotels and airbnb locations and were super lucky to have selected Furnirussi Tenuta, close to Otranto. This is simply a magical place. It is surrounded by 4,500 fig trees (largest fig plantation in Europe ... please ask for some figs during breakfast...

This resort is off the beaten path you will appreciate the quietness! From the front desk staff to the restaurant wait staff, especially Mauricio, you will experience an authentic Italian hospitality in its purest form. A small playground a workout room is on the premises. I would stay here again!!

Secluded with one the best swimming pools I have ever experienced. The water was a perfect temperature and the lounge chairs were situated perfectly for sun and shade. All staff were welcoming and especially the wait staff in the restaurant. Mauricio was our favorite!!

We just left with warm memories having spent time in this little sojourn far from the throngs hitting Puglia all of a sudden. Lovely charming and hospitable staff welcomed us. Breakfast was delightful and the chef went out of his way to accommodate a food allergy. The well appointed rooms were large and airy with beautiful furnishings.

A very beautiful residence. Nestled in an olive grove, it offers rooms with air conditioning, a TV, and a kitchen. All rooms have a beautiful covered terrace. The floors are made of a unique, rarely seen, but decidedly beautiful material that gives the accommodation its character. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly.

Surrounded by nature, this property is just a few kilometers from Salento's most beautiful beaches, especially Otranto and the stunning beaches of the Alimini Lakes. I recommend it to both families and young couples. Okay

Where do I start… Luigi greeted us at the property which was a fantastic touch and an early sign of his generosity to come. Eleonora and her family were fantastic and welcoming hosts. They went above and beyond to look after us and arranged a cooking class, a tour of their vineyards and a number of transfers. Lovely pool area which was very relaxing, bedrooms are very clean and spacious enough. Free Shuttle bus into Torre del Orso, you can walk back if a must. The reception staff very friendly. Francesco at the pool bar was friendly. Shame other bar staff were a bit rude and didn't want to serve drinks past 10:45pm.

Lovely place, too bad that our sweet was damp and we spent the first night with a wet mattress, the rooms overlooking the roundabout at the entrance have no privacy, the train stops there and you practically find the people in the room . Avoid the ground floor.

The hotel is quite appealing,the price quality ratio is good sin to the beach is really shallow and the beach umbrellas stacked one on top of another that you can hardly take in the sun. Brand new apartment equipped with everything, in the central area and close to the beach. Despite being in the "local area and shops" it is well soundproofed so you sleep well at night. We were in Puglia this weekend for a wedding, and in addition to the party, our stay was also enlivened by the hospitality of the owners of the AIA GRANDE B&B in Uggiano La Chiesa, province of Lecce.
