Corte dei Salentini Bed & Breakfast in Carpignano Salentino

What a beautiful place to stay. The pool area was nice and the trees provide some shade. We loved the dog and all the cats running around the grounds. We were kindly helped with picking spots to visit or where we could get some groceries or a nice local restaurant by Luigi. Antonella was also very kind and helpful!

A perfect stay in the heart of Salento, with amazing hosts, brilliant breakfast and an extremely relaxing environment. We will be back!

We stayed in Corte dei Salentini for 10 days and we highly recommend it. Luigi,Viola and Antonella have treated us really well, very friendly and accommodating.
The place is super clean and the apartment we stayed in had everything we needed for.

The whole place is very beautiful with loads of green with a well established garden which made the whole experience very peaceful.
We enjoyed the company of the cats and dog Lily (who is very well trained and friendly) and especially my son, who was playing with them every day.

Another bonus is the great music in the morning in the courtyard with free WiFi, which was the cherry on the cake.

The swimming pool is also a great one!

We hope to come back in the future!

I have been coming to Salento for nearly a decade and this has become my favourite place to stay. Luigi and Antonella are the perfect hosts and so much thought and care has gone into every detail - from the kettle and herbal teas in the rooms to the home made jam and local pastries and the beautifully decorated rooms. There were even two crime novels by a local writer in my room. The pool and gardens are well kept and Luigi was very helpful in suggesting places to see and eat and in explaining the weather forecast to make the best of each day. The whole place is immaculately clean, the breakfast abundant, the beds and pillows very comfortable and the location fantastic - with easy access to the kitchen whole peninsula. I am already dreaming of my next trip.

Where do I start…
Luigi greeted us at the property which was a fantastic touch and an early sign of his generosity to come. Gracious and welcoming hosts, he and Viola made our stay feel homely and peaceful with their well designed farm house, including offering of locally grown fruits and a Puglian breakfast in their courtyard. Their warm energy makes this stay authentic and memorable.
Highly recommend!!!

We spent 14 nights in Luigi and Viola's farm and, what can I say?!: HAPPINESS!

The place, the typical farm of Salento is wonderful, surrounded by greenery. You immediately notice that Luigi takes such great care for his home.

The rooms (we have occupied two different ones) are tastefully equipped, super welcoming and much more beautiful than you might think: very comfortable mattresses, kitchenette for those who want to cook, very spacious bathroom, towels changed every day, cleaning made daily.

The courtyard, where you can have breakfast, is a very slow life, very relaxing place.
You will also have, and I find it a wonderful thing, the possibility of meeting people from other countries, different from you. We chatted with Italians, English and Dutch. The air you breathe is friendly.

Then ... Breakfast is something you will always remember: sweet / salty. There was everything: mozzarella, eggs, jams, bread, pastries, fruit salad, plums! Everything and more and quality !!

The (large) pool is definitely the place you will fall asleep, it has happened to me a couple of times. Because it is a calm, serene place, where you can admire the swallows flying over the water to drink🕊.

For the rest, and that's what matters even more in my eyes, I've met wonderful, good people. Luigi is always very available to give advice on places to discover or to recommend a good restaurant. He is a fair person, sweet and very discreet. The companion, always smiling, very nice.

But now, I have to talk about my friend "love at first sight"! Aha: Antonella. ❤️A very nice, generous lady, who every morning will have a smile on her face and a joke ready to make you smile. She is also very helpful, she has an almost innate sense of service !! The farm would not be what it is without her!

A thought obviously for the giant Lilly, we pampered each other. She came to greet me in the morning and I gave him a little something to eat !! 🤣🤣

In short, you will not regret having made Luigi's mole, because it is really worth it. They are still places to be preserved due to their rarity. there is something home in the air!

Structure furnished with taste and refinement down to the smallest detail, comfortable room, swimming pool surrounded by beautiful plants, a true oasis of peace. Within a few kilometers you can visit the most beautiful places in Salento.
Luigi, the owner, is very kind and always available, as well as Antonella, his assistant.
Last but not least, a rich and well-finished breakfast with the addition of something different and special every morning.

A quiet, magical, but most of all stunning place! The owner Luigi designed the place himself and it's absolutely beautiful. Super clean rooms, pool and surroundings. Highly recommended!
