Very good value for money hotel. The room is very clean and the housekeeping is very well done. The pool is clean and large. The hotel is run by a pleasant and caring family. The location is a good alternative to the tourist towns in the area (15min Alberobello). The town of Noci next door is also pleasant.

Maximum professionalism and wonderful swimming pool. Excellent for spending a relaxing day. I highly recommend it.

Clean and tranquil hotel with quite nice surroundings, close to center of Noci. Normally they serve Italian style breakfast, but if prefer vegetables, ham bread etc they quickly react. Exceptional. We spent 3 nights there and the hosts are phenomenal, the stay was as pleasant as a man can wish. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious, location is wonderfull with nice views and some 10km from Alberobello

We organized the end-of-year lunch and they were all pleasantly enthusiastic, simple and tasty cuisine, the first delicious dishes and the spectacular meat, the chef really pampered us. To come back as soon as possible

Very ambushed location and no signage ... holy Google Maps that takes you inside. The service is great. The kitchen is good, the cook / Chef has prepared the paella in front of us and it is very distinctive. I have not visited the rooms. Recommended with prior telephone notice

We stayed one night in a wonderful room: three communicating trulli, spotless, tastefully furnished. Comfy beds and huge, shiny bathroom with shower. The first thing I used once I got into the room. It already relaxes you just knowing that you are in a clean environment. As soon as we arrived we were greeted in the huge parking lot in front of the farm. Enchanting and extremely well-kept place immersed in the wonderful nature of Murgia. You can easily reach various places that deserve to be visited Caves of Castellana, Alberobello, Putignano. Kind, caring and charismatic owners. Super recommended!
