What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. The pre-ordered evening meals were okay but nothing special and certainly not the tasty Italian dishes I had anticipated. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Large room overlooking lawns. The gardens are lovely and there are some Trulli in the grounds. We were a large group and our evening meals were very good especially considering we were such a large tour group (and there were at least two other coach loads there too). Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. The masseria was absolutely perfect. It boasted a fantastic restaurant, its own nearby winery, and was just a short drive from many wonderful destinations. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the grounds were simply beautiful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff could not do enough for us - from when we checked in to after we checked out, nothing was too much trouble . We were able to use the pool on day of check out until we left to travel to Naples and were even provided with fresh pool towels after check out to use during that day. We arrived very late, they should pin point a parking spot for visitors. As a non Italian resident we would love to get info's about the parking details around the surrounding. Because we asked the concierge if we could park to the place and he said it was okay but when we arrive to our car the day after we got penalty for it.

The breakfast is rich. This is the nearest hotel to the train station. There is an elevator, which is suitable for passengers dragging suitcases.

First, the Trulli. In my opinion highly overrated experience. They look very nice from the outside, but nothing special inside. However, just as the tour books say, the town of Alberobello is filled with people...worse than Main Street Disney World, that if you want to see it better, it is a good idea to stay there as it is much more than the Trulli. A must do at least once in your life. Mind your head because you might bump it. Traveling with many pieces of luggage not a good idea.

A lovely little trullo on a quiet side street This was such a cute little trullo in a quieter location, away from all the tourists, but still very close to the main trulli village. The Palazzo offered so much convenience being closely located to the various areas of Alberobello to see the amazing trulli houses. The room that we stayed in was spacious and easily accommodated our young child as well. This was a beautiful place and would happily return.

The apartment inside a trullo was very unique. It was very clean, very close to the Rione Monti region of Alberobello and had free parking very close to the apartment. Luciano met us there and showed us where the parking was and also gave us instructions how to get the included breakfast which was in a bakery nearby.

The hotel feels good and the front desk service is very thoughtful. The nights in southern Italy are very cold in the winter, and the air conditioning in the room was very effective in heating. The single room we stayed in was very small, but it was very clean. The hotel has free parking. There are many types of breakfast.

The property was ok. Close to the historic center. However the property does need some necessary maintenance like the temperature adjustment within the trullo especially in the bathroom where the condensation made the floors were wet. Also the mini fridge was “mini”. We could not fit water bottles and it wasn’t cold at all.

Actually nice hotel but the rooms are too close to each other and other rooms can hear your voice while walking through the corridors. Breakfast is insufficent. The dinner is satisfying. Parking is problem. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are small but comfortable.

Good hotel. Little rooms and no car parking. Is very difficult if you arrive before then 8 o'clock to find a place for your car. No park here and hotel hasn't one. Beds are older than average.

We stayed here for a fortnight and had a brilliant holiday. The apartments are comfortable, the pool and surrounds very relaxing, the breakfast great and the location ideal for exploring Puglia. The owners were very kind when my son's favourite toy went missing. It was caught up in the laundry and they quickly went through it all so that it was returned to him asap.
