What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. The pre-ordered evening meals were okay but nothing special and certainly not the tasty Italian dishes I had anticipated. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Large room overlooking lawns. The gardens are lovely and there are some Trulli in the grounds. We were a large group and our evening meals were very good especially considering we were such a large tour group (and there were at least two other coach loads there too). Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. No tea and coffee and some English speaking tv if needed. Rooms a reasonable size and comfortable enough. There is a lovely terrace to have dinner, there is a nice pool bar, which I am not sure is accessible...

We expected more from this hotel. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but we were surprised that our room wasn't ready and they gave it to us almost an hour later. We were also surprised that breakfast wasn't a buffet, as you could only order one cooked meal per person; the rest of the buffet was poorly maintained. The room was large and clean.

The hotel is very local, with the layout of a local mushroom house, which allows you to fully experience the living feeling of local characteristic buildings. The hotel is very unique, and all the supplies and facilities are very attentive and meticulous. It is a very good hotel.

We arrived very late, they should pin point a parking spot for visitors. As a non Italian resident we would love to get info's about the parking details around the surrounding. Because we asked the concierge if we could park to the place and he said it was okay but when we arrive to our car the day after we got penalty for it.

Excellent stay, good breakfast, perhaps better bathroom amenities (the shower gel sachets are no longer 4-star quality), excellent parking in the covered garage at a negligible price, central location.

Located a short walk from the village this was the perfect base for our exploring around Alberobello, and surrounding area. We had a minor drama when I lost my car keys and the staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you Joe!

Actually nice hotel but the rooms are too close to each other and other rooms can hear your voice while walking through the corridors. Breakfast is insufficent. The dinner is satisfying. Parking is problem. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are small but comfortable.

A fantastic experience, we booked last minute after two days in Alberobello and wanted some quiet time. We loved every minute and only wish we could stay longer. My two kids loved feeding the donkey over breakfast and exploring the gardens. Breakfast is served as you wish and prepare to place an order of anything.

Being a 3 stars hotel, this place exceeded my expectations. A fantastic location, 10 min walk from the centre of Alberobello, a great pool which we all enjoyed and allowed to use when wanted, very clean and all facilities needed althoug not very new. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and staff very helpful and friendly.

This was the 4th time we have visited here and they were all very fine. This place actually uses trullis in the city itself. They have been renovated and are very comfortable. Since it got rather chilly we found out that the heater works very well, especially after showering. The breakfast is in a small cafe right around the corner and offered all we could want. The reception and actual rooms are in two different locations - not far away and I do appreciate how the latter is in a residential area so much quieter at night. Spacious room and really good complimentary toiletries. That olive oil shampoo is so good for my hair. The front desk staff is super helpful as well by give tips about where to eat.

I like this mushroom house. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The view is good and the location is great. The only bad thing is that there is a strong smell of disinfectant in the room. The administrator asked me to open the window for ventilation. I stayed for three nights and there was still a smell until I left. It was very uncomfortable.

Though not an actually Trulli house, it was nestled in the neighborhood with modern facilities. Wonderful location in center of old town. Only issue was finding the reception/checkin. Be prepared to walk...alot to get to your trullo. But it's worth it. Breakfast was very good.
