Alberobello, SS 172 dei Trulli, km 29, 800 (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The outside of the hotel does not show the amazing grounds with lots of nooks to sit and relax and admire the gorgeous surroundings Lovely restaurant settings , bar and helpful reception The hotel is a great size , so you can feel you have space to relax Lovely pool and pool bar Great location to visit so many amazing places
What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.
I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. The pre-ordered evening meals were okay but nothing special and certainly not the tasty Italian dishes I had anticipated. The vegetarian main course one evening was a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomato, nothing else, which was insubstantial. What felt uncomfortable was...
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Large room overlooking lawns. The gardens are lovely and there are some Trulli in the grounds. We were a large group and our evening meals were very good especially considering we were such a large tour group (and there were at least two other coach loads there too). The only thing that was not so good was the breakfast. The selection of hot and cold foods was good...
Lovely hotel, lovely staff - but unfortunately some negatives! We had Room 290 on the far end of the building, and as it was extremely windy we suffered from vibrations from the drainpipe - it sounded like snoring! Every night :( The room was clean and comfortable, but I would say that the bedside lights (fixed to the headboard) are useless - I couldn't read my book in bed as the light was on the...
Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. No tea and coffee and some English speaking tv if needed. Rooms a reasonable size and comfortable enough. There is a lovely terrace to have dinner, there is a nice pool bar, which I am not sure is accessible...

This is a place of character that is ideally located in the peaceful countryside not far from Alberobello.
A fantastic location, perfect for visiting Alberobello either before or after your stay. The hotel itself is stunning, featuring a beautiful poolside area, an elegant reception, and a stylish dining space. The atmosphere is wonderfully serene, making it an ideal retreat.
Beautiful place to stay! Staff was very nice. Room could be cleaner.

The masseria was absolutely perfect. It boasted a fantastic restaurant, its own nearby winery, and was just a short drive from many wonderful destinations. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the grounds were simply beautiful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Really nice place to go. Really love it!! Staff are super nice, room really clean, dinning food really good, Breakfast good but always the same it will be nice to get some diversity each day, but it was super good. Nice pool to fresh you up after a long of walking in Alberobello at just 15min drive. Love the wine and olive oil they sale. The view is majestic. You must try. Arrivederci.
We recently stayed here for 6 nights in the guesthouse (with Veranda) located about 100m from the main building, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is large with air-conditioning and a fridge! The bed was very comfortable too. The location is perfect - close to all the sights in the area and about 50 mins to Matera. We ate dinner at the Masseria several times and the food was delicious, very...
Wonderful stay. Stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Property is beautiful, lots of animals (cats, turtles, sheep, bunnies, chickens) which was fun for my daughter. Beautiful breakfast with items the make/grow from the farm. Fresh cheeses, yougart, eggs, baked items. Also enjoyed a dinner at the property, also with delicious wine and olive oil made on site. Pool was lovely, great temperature...
Good location, beautiful place, great swimming pool, nice breakfast, friendly and helpfull staf.
Excellent stay! Excellent stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel close to Alberobello like 15 minute drive. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were excellent.

Walkable to the trullo area which is convenient, great parking!
Very quiet and comfortable hotel fairly close ( 2km) to main attraction of Trulli in Alberobello. Hotel room was comfortable ! Pool and surroundings are kept well. Breakfast was very good.
Beautiful place. Easy access and very close to Truli zone. Friendly staff.
Perfect place to visit Alberobello. The motorbike is safe in the parking and all is great
Perfect personal, good breakfast, all clean, 10 mins walk to Alberobello. Own parking with places available. It is anought big hotel, not b&b.
The staff could not do enough for us - from when we checked in to after we checked out, nothing was too much trouble . We were able to use the pool on day of check out until we left to travel to Naples and were even provided with fresh pool towels after check out to use during that day. There is bar service to your sun bed which was a lovely touch, the location is perfect for exploring the Truuli...

We arrived very late, they should pin point a parking spot for visitors. As a non Italian resident we would love to get info's about the parking details around the surrounding. Because we asked the concierge if we could park to the place and he said it was okay but when we arrive to our car the day after we got penalty for it.
Excellent stay, good breakfast, perhaps better bathroom amenities (the shower gel sachets are no longer 4-star quality), excellent parking in the covered garage at a negligible price, central location.
Very good option for one or two nights! Room with everything you need and welcoming and helpful staff! Within walking distance of the Trulli village, good location. Small downside: the double bed wasn't a double (two singles pushed together), and the breakfast: limited selection, and almost empty at 9 a.m.
The breakfast is rich. This is the nearest hotel to the train station. There is an elevator, which is suitable for passengers dragging suitcases.
Slightly old fashion decoration but functional hotel, only steps from train station and in one of the few areas of Alberobello where you can park for free. Breakfast is a bit scarce, should improve on that.
It was conveniently located near the bus stop. The hotel rooms were also clean and nice.

A great 2 night stay in a trullo in the heart of Alberobello. Our trullo was very comfortable but a word of warning - headroom is limited in places so be careful. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant and was substantial. The staff at reception were both friendly and efficient.
We were on a cycling holiday & stayed in our own little Trulli house which was lovely and private and was on a quiet street yet right in the centre of town, it was very spacious and clean. Laura on reception at the Tipico Resort was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel reception area and the little bar where the breakfast was served was only a few moments walk away from our room. Everything was...
First, the Trulli. In my opinion highly overrated experience. They look very nice from the outside, but nothing special inside. However, just as the tour books say, the town of Alberobello is filled with people...worse than Main Street Disney World, that if you want to see it better, it is a good idea to stay there as it is much more than the Trulli. But you can stay there at any other hotel...
A must do at least once in your life. Mind your head because you might bump it. Traveling with many pieces of luggage not a good idea.
A Truli worthy experience ! Staff is super generous, smiling and happy to work. Instead of just watch truli from the outside you can sleep in one ! I do recommend 100% this place
I was a solo traveler and this place was just perfect. Located in the very heart of the historic center, clean, nicely decorated and original. I felt safe and enjoyed the view from the terrace very much. The individual who helped me during my stay was respectful and helpful. I forgot a very important medication in the fridge and he went out of his way to arrange for a car to bring it to Bari on a Sunday...

The hotel is situated in a decent area. Walkable to quite a few nice restaurants (we love L’Olmo Bello). To do all of Alberobello in one day from here might be a bit much. I spent a weekend in October 2020 with my family at the Olimpo Grand Hotel and it was a wonderful experience to say the least. The structure is located a short walk from the center of Alberobello. Located a short walk from the village this was the perfect base for our exploring around Alberobello, and surrounding area. We had a minor drama when I lost my car keys and the staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you Joe!
The room can improve with better decoration. However it is very clean and specious. The swimming pool was nice and clean.

A lovely little trullo on a quiet side street This was such a cute little trullo in a quieter location, away from all the tourists, but still very close to the main trulli village. Very easy to find and check in. It was charming and homely, and the little welcome gifts were thoughtful. It's very near the church and I did not mind hearing the bells chime every 15 minutes, that was part of being there

Excellent hotel and services, super well located to get to know everything around, super friendly and helpful staff. They help you with everything! The restaurant and its manager are incredible for breakfast and dinner. I will return without a doubt. A luxury, thank you for this experience
The room though small is clean and comfortable, the large bed especially so. The bathroom is almost as large as the bedroom and beautifully laid out and tiled. One woman at the desk was reasonably friendly and helpful. However, a man at the desk did not seem to care at all about the problems we had with the insufficient hot water in the shower. The Palazzo offered so much convenience being closely located to the various areas of Alberobello to see the amazing trulli houses. The room that we stayed in was spacious and easily accommodated our young child as well. This was a beautiful place and would happily return.
The room was fantastic and the service was great. We have one major complaint: the room is located right beside a large church and the bells ring non stop all day EVERY 15 minutes. We were thankful we only had one night to listen to the bells and thank goodness we brought our own ear plugs because none were offered and there was no mention of these church bells. The apartment inside a trullo was very unique. It was very clean, very close to the Rione Monti region of Alberobello and had free parking very close to the apartment. Awesome hotel, we felt very welcomed. We slept well, breakfast was good and the pool nice and clean. Dorel at the reception is a very nice guy.
His Majesty in Arberobello is quite nice 4-star. Small hotel, not many more than 30 rooms by looking at the key rack. Beautiful hotel near the old town of Alberobello. The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.
The hotel feels good and the front desk service is very thoughtful. The nights in southern Italy are very cold in the winter, and the air conditioning in the room was very effective in heating. The property was ok. Close to the historic center. However the property does need some necessary maintenance like the temperature adjustment within the trullo especially in the bathroom where the condensation made the floors were wet. Also the mini fridge was “mini”. We could not fit water bottles and it wasn’t cold at all.
This is a little known gem. There are 2 rooms. Both HUGE! Fridge, micro, coffee, king bed. What a delight this was. Necoli was a big help. Cozy place and quite close to the central area. The owner was very kind. We arrived on a rainy day and she personally came to pick us up.
The location is great. However, breakfast was spartan. We received only 1 croissant and I cup of coffee per person.
We stayed two nights, after a good welcome they gave us a map of the city and showed some main areas and possible activities. The house was very clean and well furnished. The location is optimal, as it is quite close to the center and the Trullo Maestro. Magnificent experience.
Excellent, strategic position because it is a 5 minute walk from the Sovereign Trullo and a few minutes of 15.20 by car, to visit Monopoli Locorotodo, the zoo and with a little more walking the beautiful Polignano a Mare. Excellent cleanliness and comfortable rooms, the owner is a very kind person.

Old but well maintained hotel. Right next to the Trulli and a beautiful park. Breakfast was very good. The room was a little hot, but there’s a fan that helps. Would come back.
The room was large enough with a small balcony facing the local park. The facilities were average and the breakfast was a typical European breakfast. The location was good, as the hotel was right next to a bustling alley.
