L'appartamento e' molto pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Il villaggio è ordinato, silenzioso e il verde ben curato.

Crispy clean apartment. Very well furnished and equipped. 2 balconies! Excellent place to stay in policoro. Apartments are located in a holiday village where a lot of Italians have a (summer) home. There is a big pool as well with lifeguard. In June it opened at 4pm on a weekday, maybe in weekend and summer time it's open all day. There are a lot of kids around so don't expect the pool to be quiet. The host is very friendly and doing everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Make sure you leave your tel nr with the booking as she will contact you about the check in. The apartments are located on Riva Azzura Park and there is no front desk or someone at the gate. So it's important she can reach you to help you get in.

Two-level pool, for children and adults. Near the bar where you can buy alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, pastries, and listen to good music

Residence equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. Excellent location as it is a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. Houses equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday

Let's start with the cons:
Relatively small rooms, the bare minimum.
Small television.
The numbers of the parking spaces are not visible.
Distance from the sea not really 500 meters but 1 km, so not very comfortable, in the end you have to use the car to reach the sea anyway.
It is not possible to eat inside using the air conditioning when it is very hot outside as there is only one table (large by the way) positioned outside and heavy to move inside. Perhaps another table should be added internally even if a little smaller.
The beautiful swimming pool finally worked only on the last day of our stay even if it was not the owner's fault who showed willingness to solve the problem by providing valid alternatives.
Payment is in cash only, very inconvenient.
