We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night stay . The hotel is absolutely spotless clean ! Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels . Beds are quite hard though ! Pillows also. . Rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and so clean ! The drive up to the hotel is a little strange . Great luxurious hotel, lots of space inside an on the beach so it is not crowded at all even in July. Located inside a high end gated community with a private marina. Access to the beach is also limited and the beach is vast. The pool area is small and not recommended as it is no wind there so it gets very hot. Just take a free golf cart ride to the beach.

Resort is incredibly beautiful. Most if the staff were very friendly. However the keycard I had to purchase for 30e did not work at restaurant and bar. And the property is very large. I was directed back to the check in twice which was annoying the second time. And they don’t accept cash or visa. Just the key card. One-night stay in October. The hotel deserves stars (cleanliness, quiet, pleasant welcome), but if you want to go out in the evening, forget it. Everything is closed at this time of year, and Policoro doesn't really have any appeal.

The hotel is a bit dated, but offers all the amenities. Clean rooms. We had a warm welcome and stayed for one night, with a varied breakfast the next morning (including a gluten-free basket, which may seem obvious, but isn't).

I stayed two nights at the Hotel Hermes with a group of friends. The hotel is new, the rooms are very clean, and the attention to detail is meticulous. I've stayed at this hotel several times when I'm passing through for work. I was greeted warmly. At reception, I was given a beautiful suite, comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I stayed at Village Policoro for a week with my family and we had a wonderful time! The animation team was amazing — fun, engaging, and full of energy. They made every day enjoyable for both kids and adults. We had so much fun with all the activities, games, and shows. The atmosphere was always cheerful and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation. Can’t wait to go back

An amazing staying, great team , always clean the pine tree smells amazing you feel shade and oxygen in it, also 50mt from the beach, great place for family

Policoror Village is close to the beach. The restaurant is not so fancy but the food is ok. The bungalows are a bit old but they works. A smal marker on the area but if you want to buy more I recommend to take the car to the city.

Wonderful resort in the middle of a quiet pine tree wood

Beautiful place, gorgeous sea, friendly and helpful staff, great food. We had a really good 2 weeks. We also enjoyed the pleasure of sailing with really competent and prepared instructors. Great.

A place where you leave your heart. The managers are two wonderful, passionate and attentive people. The collaborators are equally attentive and professional. My daughter was here on an organized trip, then she came back to visit, she had a great time. There is particular attention to the care of the structure and to the management of everything.
