Very convenient location, great staff, great breakfast, good room.

Hotel for those who have to work nearby. The simple rooms need some light maintenance/attention (in my room the air conditioner fan was constantly ticking and I had to sleep without it, luckily it wasn't summer). Breakfast quite well provided.

Exceptional service! Only took one minute to check in. Everything was ready. Room was very spacious but no microwave nor kettle. Fridge was very small. When we arrive in our room, it was 28 degrees. (Hotter than outside). AC was very week so the receptionist came in to take a look, he said it will take 5 minutes to cool down. But it took 2hrs to reach 27 degree and after 6hrs, got to 25 degrees lol...

We stopped here for one night on the way from Rome to Naples. This small hotel is in an old and charming house. The room was quite large and comfortable. The staff was very nice and when we checked out we were given a box of home made cookies for the road. Excellent value.

The name says it all. If you are a couple who want to sleep in the City of the Popes, this B&B could be for you. Two rooms, both quite spacious (it's still a B&B) just a few meters away from the highest point of the city, the Cathedral of S.Maria. The noise is a drawback: the street is busy and the nightlife (especially in summer) of the nearby clubs could disturb your stay. The positive aspects, however...

Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.

Its good for European standards. Don't expect too many extras. Swimming pool was amazing. Do your best in Italian at front desk to ask to adjust the central air conditioning. When checking in your push the red button and take a photo of the wifi.

I travel a lot throughout US and Europe. This hotel is meticulously maintained. Beds have very high quality linens and very, very comfortable. I rarely write reviews. They earned it. Trim work and flooring done right.

Wonderful hidden gem in the hills of Lazio, only an hour outside Rome. We have just returned from our 5th stay at the casale and we have booked for 2023. Cannot recommend enough. It really is the place to make your next destination. The owners are so passionate about Rome and the surrounding areas, there is so much to do. If all you want is a relaxing weend then that's perfect too!
