We loved the atmosphere, the water, the staff. It was a really nice stay.

The food is delicious, we’ve eaten by the beach front and also in the hotel with family friends, we tried many dishes, the €20 menu is also excellent great portions also, have eaten here many times in the past but the chef at present is excellent, all good all round spotlessly clean as always great service

The property is a old building rooms were clean The location of the hotel is second to none virtually on the beach and the center with bars and restaurants couple of minutes walk

Beautiful property. Cleaning was lacking. Found a butt print on the mirror, a hair in the bed and a bug (not bed bug) in the sheet. The sheets looked clean and we checked thoroughly for bed bugs but it really wasn't that bad. It was the nicest one on the beach. Had a private beach and some better room options we should have chosen for the beautiful view. Restaurant staff was very kind.

If you want to be immersed in Italy instead of being surrounded by tourists in Rome. It is perfectly placed to utilise the trains and enjoy all he hot tourist areas, while still enjoying Italy at it's core.

Nice hotel with history behind it. Convenient location between Rome and Civitavecchia cruise ship port for cruisers wanting to spend couple days in Rome before trip. Beach right across street. Very nice staff. We stayed before and after our cruise, was a delightful area.

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. There were no holidays the day we were there but there were fireworks all night and children screaming until about 1am so don't expect to get any sleep. This was really rough with a very early flight. Also heard dishes...

The sink and shower were dirty and had not been cleaned. The shower was broken and had poor pressure. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a paint job. Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel.

We basically the hotel is clean and well guarded, but my sad experience was when there was no bin bucket in my room and i went to the management and informed them and they promised me that the following day it will be sorted, but this never happened till i left. Another sad experience was the cleaners or should i say the room service guys never cared change changed my bedsheets until 6days after.but...

Too many stairs, & no access to elevator after 8pm, towel service not satisfactory & one room smelt overwhelming with cigarette smoke. Don't recommend. Charged extra for room than quoted online as 2 person rooms.

Staff very welcoming and friendly, could do with a small renovation even if just improving the bathrooms and clean the pool, we didn’t use the pool as not clean.

We loved our stay there. We had the amazing Castello corner Suite with wonderful views and vast, comfortable space filled w age-appropriate antiques. The entire villa and grounds were extraordinary and worthy of Mr Getty's stature.My lady also enjoyed the Spa with a wonderful Cocoon massage from Celia. Wonderful experience! A former J. Paul Getty residence situated just a short drive away from Fiumicino Airport. Friendly staff, excellent food and a relaxing spa and indoor swimming pool. ‘Dolce far bene’ is their motto!

We only booked a beach day and had lunch at the restaurant. Everyone was SO friendly. The food was actually so good. The private beach was a big plus. Everything nearby is so crowded. Water is included which I love. Thank you for the amazing birthday beach day. It’s 50 mins from Rome.

Combined a lovely location, great staff, incredible views, world class cocktails and a lunch that was to die for. Party had the truffle risotto as a starter followed by sea bass and beef - if was all excellent! Well worth flying there for lunch from london !

We had a very nice stay at Agriturismo Torre Flavia. The room was great and perfectly clean. The hosts were also very nice! A nice and quiet place to stay while visiting the - sometimes - chaotic Rome!

With professionalism, courtesy and friendliness you are welcomed in this wonderful location. The owners are a fantastic couple Serena and Lorenzo, young and bright. Yes, he eats very well and of quality, practically homemade for everyone. It is always a pleasure to come to them. I highly recommend it.

We lived here for 3 days in July, the place is very nice, it is about 10/11 min from the sea. There are two reasons for the low rating: - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here but we didn't eat well compared to what we paid for full board, also the menu was very repetitive, we ate the same things for 3 days (and the side salad was always a little ruined) - at night there were frequently private parties...

An oasis of peace !!!! Immersed in nature, relaxing and fun during the numerous initiatives and theme nights that the new management organizes. Delicious cuisine and excellent service at reasonable prices. .... A place where you can eat really well! Excellent wine list. Family atmosphere and congratulations to the managers.

We had the pleasure of spending a night at Fabrizio and Francesca's B & b, two extraordinary people. The place is in excellent condition, very clean and welcoming. Immense spaces that give a sense of freedom and serenity. I highly recommend booking with them when you decide to spend a night in complete relaxation with your family or even alone. A special greeting goes to their dog Zeus.

Clean, modern, with all the necessary amenities, a stone's throw from the center. Possibility to eat in the vicinity in places up to par. The owners are friendly, available for any request. Excellent breakfast, Mrs. Francesca's tarts delighted us, if we return to the area we will definitely return: 10 and praise !!
