A quick overnight stay prior to flight from FCO Rome . Checkin was smooth . Patio was good to relax in the evening. Tried a bottle of their wine for €6 and got a great takeout Pizza from Pizza Alla Pala L'Artista in Cerveteri Missed out on the included “free breakfast” as it was not ready for 8am

Very nice experience. It’s away from the city but close enough to have dinner and come back to the hotel in 10-15 minutes by car. They have a small vineyard and we bought a couple of bottles that were good. I will come back if I’m in the area.

This is an inexpensive hotel. It is a two star hotel. No breakfast. Needed to Call the property to open the door to register. Front desk is not always staffed. Once you register, you can access your room through a back door and stairway.

I have celebrated several birthdays of my daughters, always satisfied. Ideal environment both in the sun and on rainy days, children go wild. Highly recommended

We had a great time. While waiting for the dishes we were offered a delicious fried pizza and the children were able to play in the play area inside the restaurant. The dishes were also very good and the prices are moderate. The staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom has a changing table which is always useful for those with small children. We will definitely be back!

We lived here for 3 days in July, the place is very nice, it is about 10/11 min from the sea. There are two reasons for the low rating: - we ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here but we didn't eat well compared to what we paid for full board, also the menu was very repetitive, we ate the same things for 3 days (and the side salad was always a little ruined) - at night there were frequently private parties...

We booked for two nights but because we didn't show up until the 2nd night (it was already paid for) our room was given away??? We got a different one but i still don't understand that. Here is a suggestion for a good hotel near the sea, ideal for families, with a shallow pool for children: “I recommend a good hotel near the sea, suitable for families, with a shallow pool for kids.”

The sink and shower were dirty and had not been cleaned. The shower was broken and had poor pressure. The hotel is a bit outdated and could use a paint job. Breakfast had non-gluten options, but eggs should be warm not cold. The sea view is a bit misleading because it’s obstructed by another building right in front of the hotel.

We basically the hotel is clean and well guarded, but my sad experience was when there was no bin bucket in my room and i went to the management and informed them and they promised me that the following day it will be sorted, but this never happened till i left. Another sad experience was the cleaners or should i say the room service guys never cared change changed my bedsheets until 6days after.but...

Too many stairs, & no access to elevator after 8pm, towel service not satisfactory & one room smelt overwhelming with cigarette smoke. Don't recommend. Charged extra for room than quoted online as 2 person rooms.

Beautiful property. Cleaning was lacking. Found a butt print on the mirror, a hair in the bed and a bug (not bed bug) in the sheet. The sheets looked clean and we checked thoroughly for bed bugs but it really wasn't that bad. It was the nicest one on the beach. Had a private beach and some better room options we should have chosen for the beautiful view. Restaurant staff was very kind.

If you want to be immersed in Italy instead of being surrounded by tourists in Rome. It is perfectly placed to utilise the trains and enjoy all he hot tourist areas, while still enjoying Italy at it's core.

We had the pleasure of spending a night at Fabrizio and Francesca's B & b, two extraordinary people. The place is in excellent condition, very clean and welcoming. Immense spaces that give a sense of freedom and serenity. I highly recommend booking with them when you decide to spend a night in complete relaxation with your family or even alone. Nice and calm environment, clean and spacious house with a kitchen and everything you need in there (coffee, oil, spoons, bottle opener, frying pans, pots etc.). Perfect for a family The family room with one double and two singles was perfect for the four of us. There was a bar outside of our window, but the windows did a great job of blocking the light and sound. Everything was clean, our only wish would have been that the bathtub had to stop her so we could use it. There was also a decent breakfast that was included, which seems pretty rare in Italy.

Great location. We had a church wedding 4 minutes from there on foot. Room okay and the convenience was that we were late to the wedding but they have reception all night. We didn't have breakfast because we didn't wake up but I was sorry because 98 € in three a night was not very little here !! But overall I would definitely go back.

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The beach was lovely (albeit stoney). I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!).

Room was clean with a great view of the Mediterranean. The Desk Clerk treated us with the greatest of hospitality. We were here for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. If I had a constructive comment to make I would suggest a plumber to go through the bathroom fixtures and update them.

We thought the hotel had a shuttle service to the cruise port, but found one of the staff to provide transportation very reasonably. The stay is great for 1-2 nights. Only thing I would change was not getting to the hotel hours before check in, bc there are not a lot of places close by to sit down and relax. I did not like not having control of the A/C. Other than that good accommodations.

Quite basic but used a base for Rome day trip on the train - 10 min walk to the station and ticket 4 euros each way. Breakfast basic but served in nice friendly cafe and good staff. Public parking outside of property 7euros a day on easy park app.

We enjoyed our stay because, despite the hot weather of August, the room at ground floor n. 4 was very fresh, ventilated and quiet. The attached bar is very convenient and serve a good breakfast to guests. They also make and excellent pizza and many other dishes. The guest house is on the main beach promenade and very convenient for lidos, town centre and train station. Good for families, very welcoming...

The people are realy listening what are youre needs a bit pricy but hey it s italian 😉 and they have a little restaurant in the hotel

The staff was amazing and willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very nice and clean. Continental breakfast was included and was excellent! The restaurant had a nice selection of dishes and the food was very good.

Great stop on night before cruise departure. Easy taxi ride to Port. Tough to beat the views from our room, request one overlooking the sea. Restaurants north of Villa delle Palma provided plenty of dining options.

The property was absolutely wonderful and staff were pleasant and accommodating. The area around the hotel did not have much to offer and seemed a little run down with a lot of places closed. It could have been because we visited during the off season. But we highly recommend the hotel

The room had a spectacular view of the sea and was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious. The only complaint was the very small shower as it was awkward and had no second glass panel to prevent the water from getting all over the floor. The food at the Bianca restaurant was exceptional and of very good quality.

Rooms were great on the residence side. Hotel side was a little cheap and NO A/C. Service was great at reception and restaurant.

Ocean View rooms with a great bar, restaurant, beach loungers. About a 20 min drive to the port of Civitavecchia making it convenient.

Super charming place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome and enjoy pool and beach life. The staff is attentive and the restaurant good and affordable. Great way to unwind after a long Europe trip and only 40 minutes from Rome's airport.

WiFi didn’t work. It would turn on and off, it was very spotty..

Front desk gal was so professional and friendly. Strong English as our Italian isn’t the best. Nice pool across the road and a little bar on patio for drinks. Rooms were a bit small but the balcony over looking the sea was a nice addition. Haven’t had the included breakfast yet so cannot comment. If sailing from Civitavecchia this is a nice option. Reception lady was nice and speaks English well. She helped book our taxi for the next morning trip to the airport. The sunset from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Overall, a nice and decent place to stay and rest.

We stayed one night before driving to the airport in the morning. Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Easy to park in front of the place. Restaurants very close, no need to drive there.

The basic concept is that of the widespread hotel, as each "room" is in fact an apartment. In our case, equipped with a double bedroom with a camping cot (one of the few times we found it already assembled as soon as we arrived!), A bathroom (without bidet, but with a shower directly integrated into the toilet) and a room / entrance with sofa bed, kitchenette and table. I stayed for a few days in one of the houses. Delightful place, cozy and quiet environment. Pool available and well maintained. Organization aimed at respecting the environment and energy saving, qualities that, however, from what I read are not appreciated by everyone ... but you know we don't all think the same way. I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a trip with late-night flights to and from Fiumicino. I would therefore recommend it as a base for similar situations. The room was simple but clean, and the shuttle service was punctual. The receptionists (Veronica and Maria) are extremely kind and provide precise and clear information if you arrive at a time when there's no one at the reception to check in...

I spend one night with my sister and 2 babies in the hotel during our transit. Room was clean, well furnished, with tea coffee fridge... and with nice terrace to enjoy sun. During that night one of the babies get sick so we had to bring her at night for a doctor. all the stuff helped us to find someone to go with my sister to hospital with the baby. to wait with her... all the team were super nice...

Very nice stay for one night between my flights. Clean rooms with terrace. The receptionist Veronica was super firendly, she even helped me ordering food, when I arrived very late in the night. I would recommend this 100% if you need to stay near the airport. Shuffle is also there and driver was very friendly an polite.

This hotel was so accommodating. The staff was super friendly from start to finish. It's close proximity to the FCO airport, they even helped me get to the Airport in the morning. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area for the night.

About as basic as it gets. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Breakfast was basic continental. About 15 mi a from the port.

Hotel OK but in the middle of nowhere Restaurant menu only in Italian so was difficult to order. Expensive to get a taxi into town. Rooms old fashioned but comfy. Had to change rooms on arrival as had asked for a view and were not given one first time round

The staff at this hotel were kind, generous & helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious & the grounds were beautiful. Our room was really nice. Be sure not to drink the tap water. Get a bottle of water instead. If we are able to, we will come back to this hotel. There is also a friendly fox on site.
