Courteous welcome, decent room, French bathroom (no bidet) Mediocre dinner, poor quality meat, €4 for a quarter of wine on tap. Sufficient breakfast.

Perfect location at entrance to old town and on Via Francigena. spacious, very clean room and very pleasant welcoming staff / owners. would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and very comfortable, with good views out to the hills. Supper a d breakfast were both good. An excellent stopover on the Via Francigena.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Two people in wheelchairs and two companions. The entrance isn't easily accessible for wheelchairs, but the owners were truly kind, welcoming, and eager to find every possible solution. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly.

We stayed one night. We had a great time. The room was clean and tidy, with a good courtesy kit. It was a shame there was no mini-fridge, the only power outlet was in the bathroom, and the shower was a bit small. Otherwise, the staff were very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and served with warmth and courtesy. Congratulations.

Good location for visiting Montefiascone. I did not like the arrangement of the room, a triple adapted, the beds covered the sockets, very important today in an increasingly social world and especially those who look at their mobile phones in the evening before going to sleep and put it to recharge. I recommend the redistribution of furniture in the room. After all, good cleaning. Breakfast to be improved...

We stayed at this magical property for two weeks with our extended family ranging from 9 months to 70 years. Amazing villa with astonishing view of Bolzano Lake and Montefiascone places. It is a 4 floors villa with swimming pool and all comfort: barbecue, pizza oven, playground, table tennis, tables outside, terrace and up terrace . The venue is beautiful we stopped there on a road trip from Almafi coast to Tuscany. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Location was good. Food (lunch/dinner) was very expensive. Also very annoying Saturdays and Sundays so called poolday for anyone. Pool area was very crowded. Room and publicareas were dirty. Full with spiderwebs and so on. No English speaking persons. Only Italian language.

The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number ******* shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and...

The property is beautiful but the rooms are quite dark and as we were early in the season they were a little musty. The pool was open but hadn’t been cleaned and the pizzeria was not available. There was no tea or coffee in the room. It could be amazing but the feeling is it could do with some updating.
