The hotel isn't too bad but had several problems. The wifi was poor, the staff speaks little to no English. The bottom of the pool was slimy and didn't feel clean. On the plus side the rooms and beds were clean, the rooms have a nice shower. Overall it's average.

The small Feudo Green Resort is located a few minutes from Viterbo, the atmosphere is special, there are 15 mini apartments surrounded by greenery, very nice and well furnished, remember to refuel because they don't give breakfast and you won't find even a bottle of water ... enjoy your relax!

I recommend this wonderful place. Go there and you will have a great time. Roberto showed us the new room that will be ready at the end of the month still not finished but you can guess everything. The whirlpool tub, the sauna, the sensory shower and everything taken care of to the maximum. Pure relaxation. I highly recommend it

Visited on Good Friday (was not super busy) and it was beyond my expectation. The saunas are actually hot, there are many different pools, all good temperature, the majority of the staff were very pleasant. I also got a massage and facial from Michela in the day spa. Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming. Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.

Quiet environment, young and kind staff, very attentive to the customer. It is not the first time we go there but it is always a pleasure. We ate appetizers (delicious supplì), pizza and pinsa .. Delicious home cooking, you feel at home. Even the dessert, English soup as tradition dictates. Keep it up!

I didn't have a chance to stay overnight because it was fully booked. But I got to dine on site. Good dishes of Umbrian cuisine, the owner and the restaurant guys were able to advise me on the best choice of their specialties. The result was a great dinner! I recommend it, rely on their kindness and you will not regret it.

Nope. Mussels still had sand, they didnt clear 3 tables around us for the duration of our stay (about 1.5 hrs). The fish menu had no fish, go figure - maybe declare it as a seafood menu. The only saving grace was that SOME OF the staff was so nice - only reason I bumped the review to 3. 3 different people served us and they were all so lovely, while the others were walking around not even clearing...

Zodiaco is a small and very cozy (in a good definition of this word) hotel in the center of Bolsena. It's really close to the Bolsena lake and there are lot of cafes/bars/restaurants around. The room size was good, they have A/C. The breakfast wasn't very reach, but there were options to choose (please, remember they have only 12 rooms) and they provided home-made cakes, croissants...

We spent eight nights in this hotel a stone's throw from the center and Lake Bolsena. Large and very clean rooms. Abundant and varied breakfast. Staff smiling, kind and attentive to guests' needs. Even our dog was filled with caresses and cuddles every day. We will certainly return.

Oddly themed Beethoven hotel in a great location right next to the water. Staff are all so amazing and helpful. Beds are pretty hard and you have to ask to manually control your own air conditioning.

Clean with old style Mediterranean look. Gave 3 stars coz it was summer and the Aircon was not functioning well. They knew it and told them but they didn't change us to other rooms. We were 4 in one room so we had to leave the windows open that night and we didn't slept well coz of mosquitoes.

We visited the property as we were on holiday in Bolsena. We have been at The Platini and the sister Hotel The Holiday on many occasions since 2006.The Masi family who own these hotels have updated regularly both rooms and services. The Platini is a typical Italian town centre hotel,giving you maximum access to the town but at a price you can afford.

Value for money Perfect at lake shore. And only 8min walk to old town. Nice outdoor area with good sized pool. But saving money by turn of air conditioning on all rooms must be stopped and leave to each guest themselves to decide. Plus that they turn on the central air conditioning again when I asked for it. Made us able to control after our desire from our room.

Nice hotel right next to the lake. Great pool. The only thing letting it down are the rooms look a little dated and the aircon seems to go off at 6am every morning so we all woke up sweating as the rooms become hot as soon as it turns off. It was August.

This is a very basic hotel. Clean enough. Breakfast was not good enough. Crossaints, chocos, yoghurt and coffee only were available. No gluten free options. Lactose free milk available for coffee. Very close to center.

The decoration is a bit TOO old, looks like we went back time, but besides that its a great place to stay! right by the lake with a private beach, beautiful view! The breakfast was good, with lots of options, the eggs were premade and a little cold, but overall great! the staff was super nice! very recommended

Environmental hygiene is generally good

The location is outstanding, beautiful lake view and surroundings, quiet and very clean. The service was excellent, we arrived after 10pm, the lady at the reception was very kind and so is the staff at the morning. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, the shower is tiny, very simple room, but very clean. No elevator, you need to carry your laggage up by stairs, although only one floor. Good breakfast...

The hotel is near the lake and it has private beach. We got tickets to the pool at Camping village, it was excellent. Close to Bolsona and Orvieto Breakfast was good and was served on the hotel terrace. Free parking
