Out dated but very nice people and hospitality

Excellent place but sincerely far away from restaurants.

Great spa with a number of different pools including with suplhur and sea water as well as a sauna and options like massages. Well worth it to spend a half day or even a full day.

The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view.

As soon we walked into the lobby it smelled like a dirty ashtray. Thanks God, we had prepaid and check in was expedite. The parking was across the street from the hotel and it was in a safe location. The room was comfortable and very clean and no cigarette smell. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was well located, close to the train station and the historic center. When we arrived the street was very dark. The front desk person did not speak any English at all, and she could not find our reservation. I told her I had booked one room with one double bed and one twin bed. We got a room with two twin beds. After a very long day of travelling I had no energy to argue with someone...

Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.

Breakfast is good, transportation is convenient, there is a train outside the window, but basically there are few trains passing by, the room is not big, it is better for single people

Hotel is in the process of fixing and there was some scaffolding outside, but it’s very comfortable, clean and has good service.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside is no ac control at the first of May…but the same with all EU chain hotels. Brought our own fan and opened patio door…no issue. Nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute gem of a hotel. I messed up the booking through a booking site, and the lady on reception was so very helpful. The room was lovely, I would have happily stayed for more than one night. The breakfast was delicious with a wonderful selection of cakes. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay to visit Viterbo and surrounding area. It is a short drive to the centre of Viterbo.

Our experience with this property was very positive. Extremely corteous and helpful staff. The room, for 4 people, was very spacious as the bathroom. Comfy beds. Shuttle service to Terme dei Papi is very useful, we went to terme in bathrobe . Decent breakfast.

A great stay in Viterbo Patrizia was a wonderful host. We loved our stay at her B&B. Viterbo is a lovely town and her accommodations was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The internet was fast and we were very comfortable there. The design of the apartment was beautiful. We had fruit, juice, yogurt, sweets, coffee, milk….for breakfast. It was fine. We even had a milk frother to make a proper cappuccino. Gladly we would go back there.

My room was the most but with a cheap private bathroom. I would improve the bathroom, functional but improved. We stayed for a glorious week in July- it made for a wonderful relaxing base to explore the many sights around the area and Anna was the most generous, helpful host. Her breakfast was delicious and the gardens and lavender fields were beautiful.

I have been there several times with my family, even if I have not been there for a few years, the owners are absolutely delightful, hard to find people so in love with their work and attentive to guests as Anna Rita and Cristiano are. Loved staying here and Robertos hospitality is exceptional! The resort is at the edge of the town therefore pretty quite and the pool is a huge extra! I can only recommend the place (espwcially if you got a car) thank you Roberto, definitely see you next time!

The small Feudo Green Resort is located a few minutes from Viterbo, the atmosphere is special, there are 15 mini apartments surrounded by greenery, very nice and well furnished, remember to refuel because they don't give breakfast and you won't find even a bottle of water ... enjoy your relax!

I recommend this wonderful place. Go there and you will have a great time. Roberto showed us the new room that will be ready at the end of the month still not finished but you can guess everything. The whirlpool tub, the sauna, the sensory shower and everything taken care of to the maximum. Pure relaxation. I highly recommend it

Farmhouse surrounded by greenery and silence. The apartments are large and well-kept. The welcome is good and the breakfast is generous and genuine. Not to be underestimated are the paths in the fields that are excellent for walking but also for running. Who runs the farm also has a very large farm.

Beautiful farm surrounded by nature, ideal place to spend time in total relaxation. Presence of large gardens with usable pool and small soccer field to combine rest with good moments of joy. I highly recommend a visit from the farm also for the possibility of spending a day riding with excellent instructors.
