We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is elegantly furnished with an 'old-world' air. The staff are courteous and extremely professional. The breakfasts were outstanding. Very very clean as well. Truly a mini palace!

The outside space at the front of the hotel is not very appealing, however, as it is situated on a busy crossroads it is unlikely that you would want to sit outside anyway. Inside is a lot more appealing with the reception opening onto a small bar area and then into a function room where breakfast is served. Two days ago I spent the evening between aperitif and dinner and was amazed by the attention to detail in the dishes, as well as the kindness of the staff! Of course, exceptional taste! My favorite plate? It’s hard to choose, but the Mortadella octopus really surprised me 😍

The ground, swimming pool, and patio were beautiful and very serene, and the suite is amazing, with nice amenities, lots of space, nice bedding and decoration. Price of a room seems not to expensive, but the owner tries to sell you an expensive meal dito wine to level out the cheap room price🤨 Nice building with swimming pool. IKEA furniture in rooms at the pool, a bit strange for setting like this. Food from kitchen reasonable but to expensive, feels like a ripoff. Wine to expensive

Great spa with a number of different pools including with suplhur and sea water as well as a sauna and options like massages. Well worth it to spend a half day or even a full day.

Visited on Good Friday (was not super busy) and it was beyond my expectation. The saunas are actually hot, there are many different pools, all good temperature, the majority of the staff were very pleasant. I also got a massage and facial from Michela in the day spa. It was really good, I fell asleep and my skin was amazing after. Highly recommend Michela!

I was here with my family for the New Year, I stayed in the hotel and we spent the last year at the property. Regardless of the hospitality that was immediately the first thing we noticed because I think it is family run, the dinner was excellent ... music .... everything perfect .... Breakfast, cleanliness in the rooms .... super! My daughter (3 years old) who for the first time did not want to go...

Very cozy and quiet 4-star hotel. All well cared for, from the rooms, to the common areas, to the garden, to the swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, the staff is very kind and considerate towards customers. Very good location, a bit little the swimming pool, some imperfections in the service, located outside Viterbo, but we had our car. I do not know if there is a kind of transportation, public or owned by hotel to go to the city.

One of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Junior suite was really nice. Hotel staff absolutely so helpful at every turn, very professional and courteous. We will definitely go back some day. The grotto is a must do!

Great location for local site seeing. The thermal baths (especially the hot and cold water circuit, which is a must) and grotto were well worth the visit. The breakfast buffet is good, too, with many choices. The only issue was the WiFi, which we had to get reset every day or so.

Recently updated hotel, with beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. If you rent a room you have access to robe and slippers for pool and grotto. Service was friendly and accommodating. It was serene and calming. Viterbo is a beautiful area and recommend a few nights here. Will come back for sure.

Kind and helpful welcome! An excellent breakfast for which they also made us find gluten-free options. Room suitable for price and needs. I had an unexpected event with the dress for the wedding we were supposed to attend and the reception even made a sewing kit available to me in a very short time. Well done!

A little gem within walking distance of the center we came to visit Viterbo for Santa Rosa, and the proximity of the hotel was of great help, as we moved around on foot! Loved staying here and Robertos hospitality is exceptional! The resort is at the edge of the town therefore pretty quite and the pool is a huge extra! I can only recommend the place (espwcially if you got a car) thank you Roberto, definitely see you next time!

The small Feudo Green Resort is located a few minutes from Viterbo, the atmosphere is special, there are 15 mini apartments surrounded by greenery, very nice and well furnished, remember to refuel because they don't give breakfast and you won't find even a bottle of water ... enjoy your relax!

I recommend this wonderful place. Go there and you will have a great time. Roberto showed us the new room that will be ready at the end of the month still not finished but you can guess everything. The whirlpool tub, the sauna, the sensory shower and everything taken care of to the maximum. Pure relaxation. I highly recommend it
