Exquisite boutique hotel with everything! Staff is exceptional and Antonia goes above and beyond for each guests needs ! Most especially findings rides. Amazing restaurant on site. Also Across from Urio boat launch and on the bus line. Minutes to Como city center. I missed it the moment we checked out. Rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable! Quaint immaculate hotel ,Food was delicious. Great B+B, great service and rooms, garden directly on the lake, including access to the lake. Everything is very well maintained, and the landlords are also great.

Accommodation in a spacious house next to the villa. (Apartment above the garage) Parking for one car inside and another on the narrow road. Pleasant garden and sitting by the Lake. Breakfast prepared in the evening in the fridge and on the table. So breakfast in the privacy of the apartment. About 700m to the boat stop and restaurants.

Negatives would be that the room facilities are a little dated/non functional, i.e. weird lighting switches/system and a non-working bathroom door lock. Amazing views [of course] and an intimate breakfast setting to chat to other friendly guests!

Great place, view amazing, claudia & federico very nice. Sugestion: great breakfast could be nice outside with the view. Was cool to meet very nice couple!!
