Although this hotel isn't located near the city center, the overall service and environment are excellent. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was very rich. We only stayed for two nights, and each day we walked from the hotel along the lakeside to the city center and the pier, which took about 25 to 30 minutes. It was a very good experience. The room is nice and clean. The staffs are very hospitable and helpful. Once my wife and I were going to take the bus to the city. A staff who actually work not at the front desk (Mr. Wassim), extended a helping hand and guided us safely. The pleasant experience were felt even outside the facility.

The rooms are spacious; even the twin room has 1.3-meter beds, which is quite rare for a European trip. The recreational center and swimming pool facilities are comprehensive.

We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. Nice enough hotel, excellent location. Terrible room cleaning though, we found our stuff thrown around the room after the cleaners had been there… i will look for another place next time

Rooms are ok. It was annoying that the airconditioning from the room 106 didn’t work at all. I was trying to cool down the room but i wasn’t always posible. It looks like the control the temperature from the room with a central air conditioning. Food was absolutely delicious, the staff was friendly and the conference room is quiet nice for small groups of 20 max.

We stayed three nights in a room advertised for lake view. The actual view is half blocked by a tree. This is very disappointing considering the images at the website. The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to our questions & assistance. Location is great, right at the heart of Como Lake shoreline and a 5 minute walk from the Como Lago train station. Absolutely stunning property which feels very inkeeping with the gorgeous architecture across the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake through the beautiful shops. Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. No extra toiletries aside from soap, shampoo, etc. I'm not sure if it was location on Lake but kept getting bit by mosquitos inside and on deck area. It is actually a B&B with a history of more than 100 years. It has a good location, very close to Lake Como, quiet in the bustling city, and typical European small town scenery. There are many restaurants and bars in the town, and there is also a large supermarket open 24 hours a day.

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a few days while on our honeymoon. The staff was helpful, cheerful, and delightful. They saw to our every need morning and night. We had an excellent view of Lake Como from our room and easy access to the traghetto allowing us to visit other towns on the lake.

Hotel Centrale in Cernobbio has a perfect location, just a short walk from the lake and main attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel Centrale was ideally located in the middle of town, in the middle of everything (centrale...). The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I've stayed at over 25 hostels and this is one of the best. Outstanding. Location is close to both the ferry port and walking into Como restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean and nice and you can do your laundry there (for a fee). My compliments also to Joana for her excellent and helpful customer service.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect! Just steps away from a 24/7 Carrefour Market. Everything was spotless, the amenities were great, and the staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and always willing to help. By far the best hostel experience I've had while travelling. The location is perfect and it's the main activity hub for travellers to Como. The staff are awesome.
