Every year we have a group ski trip the beautiful Chiesa village with three or four families and children. The children are between 14 and 20 now. The hotel we usually use has continually increased price to a level which made us look at alternatives. After a reading trip advisor reviews of the La Betulla we reached out to them for a price. The lovely Anna responded and luckily they had availability...

A great experience the first weekend in September. Extremely comfortable and recently renovated, we were even given a superior room even though we had booked a standard room. The wellness center is fantastic, available at a very reasonable price. Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory options. The owners are kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

A class of its own. It is a family run hotel that makes you feel at home, but also has an amazing restaurant and a great lounge bar. Chiesa is a small village with a family friendly ski resort and this hotel completes the picture for the perfect short break.

The website does not do it justice. Incredibly friendly staff, amazing food, and a free shuttle to the cable car. Could not have asked for more!

Amazing weekend at Hotel Tremoggia. When I checked in, I was so tired... after a busy working week in Milan. 2 nights later, I felt like another person! The Hotel is easily accessible, 2 hours train and 30 min bus from Milano Centrale. Tremmogia is an amazing little nest. The owners created a cozy environment, and the entire staff makes it even warmer. The spa corner certainly contributed to the relaxing...

Exceptional service. Hotel runs quick shuttle to the gondolla and back, Delicious dinner is available in house upon advanced booking. Very good and sparkling SPA. All you need after intensive ski day.

Perfect location for a trip to Chiesa. Top class hotel with fantastic service. A fantastic welcome from the family - Andrea + Martina were clearly visible Day + Night and made sure that we were happy and were at hand to help us with dinner reservations etc- perfect English. Went to the restaurant. Only one person spoke English and was very nice. The local food was amazing but pricey (around 25€ per person).

I was very close to give 5*, BUT... to me they are losing 1* with the rooms' standard - which according to our opinion is overpriced. The bathroom is completely not isolated from generated sounds - it is not giving any comfort, nor privacy. And the room was too "modular" - elements like in IBIS. Should not happen for €300+! The rest is outstanding - high level service, very kind owners, excellent atmosphere...

Cozy atmosphere, good food and nice owners. Didn't give 5 stars only because it's easily accessible by car so obviously it does not feel as authentic as the top of a mountain, but it's a good starting point for hikes and skiing

We had an amazing experience with 7 friends in the Rifugio Zoia, spending 3 nights there for New Year’s Eve. The rooms, the food, wines, cocktails, the service and the prices were just perfect. The view on the mountains is incredible and the activities are really well organized. It’s a great place where you feel at home and can relax while enjoying some hiking in the beautiful Valtellina mountains

We stayed on our 4-day hike along the Sentiero Bernina Sud. What a paradise! A mountain hut with the comfort of a hotel. We had a double room with a great hot shower, white towels, amazing views and great food! Highlight of our tour - must stay there!!
