It's worth mentioning that not all rooms have a shower some only have a bathtub, or viceversa. The rooms are are quite spacious but there are some indications that are missing, I had some issues in the bathroom because there was no indication on how the sink worked, plus I had a window in the bathroom that couldn't be opened. Well, the staff is very helpful and friendly. However the building definitely needs renovation. It is very exhausted. Clean rooms though. I must also say the breakfast was much better than many hotels that claim to be 4-star.

The Jet Hotel is a bit dated, but convenient location near the airport. Highly recommend booking the shuttle service from them, as Uber and Taxis will be more expensive. Not much to do around the hotel area without a car, and about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Gallarate where there are more bars and restaurants.

Plain and simple. Friendly staff

This hotel is located on walking distance from the Gallarate train station and at quite location. The shopping and food shops are also available at walking distance. I stayed almost two weeks in this hotel and found its staff very helpful and cooperative.

Good location as near train station. Excellent service from staff, only stayed 1 night, breakfast was good. Only problem was that there was no aircon due to power outage the day before so was very humid and uncomfortable night. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit

We love this Hotel. Thge people make it special such as Max who takes care of all the things you need and Victoria who makes your breakfast lovingly each morning. We also love the location, convenient and close to everything in Gallarate. We look forward to our next visit and highly recomend it.

Simple hotel with super friendly and very nice owner which makes you forget about the somehow old facilities. I would definitely stay there again

Hotel is ok, clean and staff are nice. Rooms could do with an updating but altogether a fine hotel
