Stunning hotel rooms and amazing staff especially Danilo, all of the rooms have just been refurbished and I was lucky enough to be in one which the had a full scale wall size last supper just above the super comfy king size bed.
Can’t recommend enough, good location not far from Milan and close to Gallarate town center and motorway. If you want a clean super professional no fuss place, Jet Hotel is the place for you. Amazing local restaurants offer local delicacies only a stone throw away.

It's worth mentioning that not all rooms have a shower some only have a bathtub, or viceversa. The rooms are are quite spacious but there are some indications that are missing, I had some issues in the bathroom because there was no indication on how the sink worked, plus I had a window in the bathroom that couldn't be opened. During check out I had some sort of miscommunication with the receptionist since I paid the hotel beforehand, they still wanted me to pay the whole stay.

Well, the staff is very helpful and friendly. However the building definitely needs renovation. It is very exhausted. Clean rooms though. I must also say the breakfast was much better than many hotels that claim to be 4-star.

The Jet Hotel is a bit dated, but convenient location near the airport. Highly recommend booking the shuttle service from them, as Uber and Taxis will be more expensive. Not much to do around the hotel area without a car, and about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Gallarate where there are more bars and restaurants.

Having read some of the other reviews of this hotel in this page, I was very surprised. I don't have any complaints about this hotel - quite the contrary, I found it very pleasant and conveniently located. It is within easy walking distance of the railway station, which is itself within about 30 minutes travel of both Milan city centre and Malpensa airport. It is also relatively close to several of the lakes. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. My room was clean and comfortable,and had good facilities. The hotel even had an outdoor pool (approximately 15 metres long) where I was able to enjoy a couple of decent swims. The breakfast was decent value for 9 Euros, with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, cheese, various breads and pastries, plus unlimited tea or coffee. The only downside I could really think of was that the TV only seemed to have Italian channels (although one of them went over to French news late at night). All in all, I found it good value for money and well located.

The room had a bunkbed which did not have a railing and could not be used due to the danger of someone falling off. There was also a loud banging noise in the morning that surely woke everyone up. Find a better hotel or just stay in Milan.

Really dumpy, dark place. Lobby smells like an ashtray, halls are creepy and outdated. Pool was dirty and all chairs were turned over, cushions stacked in the corner. Their storage shed was open and messy. Tons of mosquitoes, probably because of the unkempt pool. It was pretty gross and the evening front desk worker was very uninterested in his job.

This is a decent two star hotel, nothing more. The room was clean. The neighborhood looks rundown. The bathroom was clean and spacious, but there was mold in the tub. Temperature in the room was not adjustable, but in the lobby it was freezing. Wear layers. The breakfast was what you would expect from a two star hotel. Fine but very limited. This might’ve been a nice hotel 30 years ago.
