The hotel is very nice and clean. It is very well located, two minutes from the train station and right in town. But what I liked the most was the very friendly staff. Very pleasant and not intrusive at all.
Everything as expected. Just wish the heating worked better in my room.
Nice room, clean and near bus train stops!
Good location. Big rooms with nice facilities.
Nice modern hotel. Close to the railway station and convenient for visiting Pavia.

The hotel is located a few hundred metres from Pavia railway station. The staff are friendly and will try their best to assist. Although there are specific arrival and exist times, luggage can be left at reception for later collection should it be necessary. The breakfast service is a self-service buffet 0730-0930. A small but excellent selection of croissants, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal and...
Reasonable for a short stay. Not too luxurious
High price, but a lot of capabilities for clients, paid breakfast, convenient and wide rooms, minimum of noises
The hotel has a convenient location. Ask for the room facing the square. The garage is a little hard to use since you have to ask the staff to open it any time you come/go. Besides that, the hotel team is amiable and helpful, and we have a lovely time on our 4-day business trip to Pavia. Excellent service, thank you!
Rooms are large enough. People are very kind and very helpful. It is in walking distance to Old City, Pavia cathedral and university. Breakfast was OK, not perfect. Hotel has private parking area (not free), you need to ask to use. Otherwise it will be difficult to find parking lot outside.

We have lived here for one year and we loved it. Carlotta and Rosy are really sweet and friendly, helping us in every need. It is located in a quieter zone in Pavia, near supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, but not too far from the center (we could reach the central station in 25 minutes walking, and reach the center in about 18/20 minutes). There is a laundry there too, the apartments are very spacious...
First of all I want to appreciate dear Manager and kind Reception for making a good atmosphere and their 24/7 supporting to make a comfort residence for people who stay in ''la sfera''. Second, I'm going to recommand this place to everyone who searching for a neat, cosy and all-in-one place! Every residence in ''la sfera'' have adequate facilities such as stove, refrigerator, dish washing sink, microwave...
High prestige building in a good location, Comfortable rooms with all needed accessories, reasonable price (all included). Very humble staff. I am so pleasure for staying in this building with my all friends.
As I am an international student, it is not the kind of place that came at mind in the first place, since the price is a little higher then an average student accommodation and the place doesn't really look like a student place. But for this higher price you get an amazing service, from weekly washed bedlinen and towels to Rosy having an answer on every question and trouble imaginable when arriving...
I´ve spend 5 amazing months in La Sfera, the apartement is well equipped and the staff Carlota & Rosy are really friendly and helpfull. If you search for a good place in Pavia, stop searching you found one now!

Nice location outside but not in the rushed area of the city. Staff was great. there is a cheap and good restaurant in front. Parking not always available
Nice hotel but is far way from the center
Don't be deterred by the first impression - from the outside, the hotel does not look appealing, but everything inside was really nice and good. The rooms are very clean and sufficiently spacious (one star removed for a hanging shower door and a minor electrical issue), and the breakfast buffet caters to various tastes. The best thing about our stay was the staff, who were all super friendly and accommodating...
Rooms are good & clean. Parking is paid. Near to Highway. Breakfast is not that much great. Staff is friendly and supportive.
Staff are really, really helpful and particularly friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room had a nice view out to the Milan skyline which was particularly nice especially at night. Although situated out of the city centre, getting to the hotel was easy; a 6-7 minute bus ride from the local subway station drops you right outside the hotel. The bus is regular and operates well into the...

We had an good experience during the short stay (room could be a cleaner is our only critique (dead bugs on floor etc.)) and also thanks to Crissel! She went above and beyond to help us get to a location inside Milan's ZTL area. She made several calls, asked all the right questions, and really took the time to find the best solution for us. Her kindness, patience, and extra effort truly made a difference...
Lovely little boutique hotel outside of Milano. Room was clean and nice, overall ambience was cosy. Chris at reception was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (Sunday evening) so went to the bakery that is owned by the same family as the hotel. Carpaccio and burrata with a warm focaccia helped me survive the evening. Would love to come again but this time with my loved one...
Charming hotel located approximately 30 minutes by car from Milan, offering a delightful countryside retreat. However, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, I could definitely hear other people’s business during the night!
Very clean, nice hotel, staff was wonderful, spoke English. It's out of the city which is nice if you want to not be in the area, but still within 15 minutes. Kitchen is closed on Sunday, bar as well. Check out is from 730 am to 11am there is a minibar with prices in the room, they have bidets in the bathrooms which is common and great. There were insects on the bed little brown ones. There was a room near mine, from which I heard weird noises. So, I was scared to sleep. I also received an email on the day of my stay stating that “The water lines suddenly started not working at 5 pm.” (email attached). I was quite upset about that.
The room was not bad. Full self-service, not a single hotel employee was seen. The taxes and fees paid at the store are kept in the room by myself, so I go to a nearby store to buy things in exchange for change. There are small shops, pizza restaurants, etc. nearby, and tram No. 15 can go directly to Milan Cathedral. The M2 subway is about 650 meters and a 9-minute walk. You can park on the roadside...
NO parking services! The owners of the property do not offer parking. You have to arrange the parking yourself. They should not list any parking in their services, as they provide none. The apartment is OK. Not as spacious as it looks from the pictures, but still very OK.

Exceptionally clean and large rooms Family friendly Good breakfast
I recommend the family tourist, since there are big rooms for family resident whom will he stayed for a long time.
Stayed here for 2 and a half week. Pretty nice rooms, nothing to brag about but still a nice place to be. The kitchen was very under equipped. No frying pan, only 2 boiling pots. You do have a microwave though so that was a big plus. Nothing to do the dishes with, you'll have to buy or bring your own. The location is very meh, some abandoned buildings nearby which makes it feel more shady than it is...
Good option when need to travel outside the city during the day and enjoy some time close to the center during late afternoon/evening. Not easy to reach the place by foot, so that is ideal when having a car. Big apartments with nice balcony, despite the views are not that good

This is a smart hotel with polite and helpful staff. The rooms are of good quality and to a good specification. But for a business hotel the wifi is aweful. It kept dropping out on two devices in two different locations - never held a connection for more than 2-3 minutes and you'd then have to log in again. Zoom etc would be quite impossible. Nice location in a park outside Vigevano. With the bike a less than 10 minutes ride to centro storico and that is a must see. Piazza Ducale is one of the nicest places in Europe. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff.
The ambiance of the hotel feels like you're at home. Everyone in the staff is accomodating. From the management, up to the receptionists, the waiters, and the housekeepers ..They're all friendly and professionals. This hotel is worth the 5 stars!!
Very good hotel with nice rooms. A bit suprise with breakfast. You can eat only what you ordered "La carta" day before.

Staff was very nice, clean and room was big
We stayed here for three weeks, Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The staffs were attentive, my room was comfortable, and the amenities were great. However, the breakfast variety was a bit lacking. While the quality was good, there weren't as many options as I would have liked. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to others.
I recommend this facility for their courtesy, helpfulness, cleanliness and professionalism. The free shuttle service to the IEO is great. The staff provides all the necessary information for travel and restaurants in the area.
Good quality three-star hotel with services such as airport shuttle, restaurant service with delivery, spacious and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff. Excellent cost/quality, shame about the garage rate per night being a bit high. Recommended

Nice 2 star hotel clean, basic. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants and bars. We're there during fashion week and still got a reasonably priced room.
Pro: Really near the public transportation. It's easy to access. Con: The morning receptionist isn't so attentive to clients. We had to wait several minutes for him to finish talking on the phone, plus our check-in time was 12pm but the room was still occupied.
The hotel Is well connected to the center of the city thanks to the public transports. The overnight was good, inline with the price. You can meet noisy guests.
You want a normal place to live in Milan for sane money? Get. Parking in the backyard free - for Italy it is generally masterpiece. The nearest subway station 10-15 minute walk. In General a really good ratio price-quality. In Russian and in English do not speak.

Average hotel, a bit far away from everything. Rooms are ok, but look a bit run-down. All materials seem to be very cheap. Breakfast was ok too, besides the scrumbled eggs (no taste at all) and the American coffee. It's definitely better to ask for an Espresso.
