Hotel Ristorante Rosengarten in Pavia

This hotel was great for my needs. I only stayed the night, but the hotel was extremely accommodating. My train was late, but the hotel was fine accepting my later check-in, and they did not mind keeping my luggage locked up the next day, while I viewed the town. Julia at the front desk was warm and friendly and full of knowledge about Pavia. The room had a working A/C, very large, clean bathroom, and plenty of places to charge my gadgets. Also, the included breakfast was very tasty. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ok for a few nights in Pavia.
I stayed here for three nights (booking was done by my company for which I'm working).

My room was clean and warm. I liked the lighting (Led light around the room; even the clothes cabinet has a led insight) and the fact that the room was very tall. Also the bed was huge. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was ok.

Now the negative aspects:
- You don't receive any slippers (even not the cheapest ones) and I think this is a minus since the floor is made out of floor tiles. No carpet in the room.

-The shower cabin doesn't have a shower shelf.

-The breakfast is very poor.

-The hotel location is not so great.

Stayed here a few times for work. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the staff is always really nice and helpful with me.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. Close enough to the train station and the highway. The service was also quite good.

Great, reasonably priced hotel with a very good restaurant. The rooms are clean and they have secure parking. The front office and owners speak English.
