A nice old style villa with relatively small rooms with refurbished bathrooms. A very nice host presenting a sumptuous breakfast (you can skip lunch afterwards) in the garden if weather permits. You are away from the noise of the city but only 5 minutes walk from the historical city centre and the beach. Will be back.

If I could give more stars I would, everything is amazing, the place, the rooms, the hoist and the breakfast You couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be coming back and staying here when we are next in Fano. The place is secure also and the front gate and front door are opened with a key fob that you get when checked in. The gardens where you can eat breakfast are very peaceful and the breakfast served is different each day.

A nice stop over in Fano
Short stop-over, very convenient and suitable for us, two adults on our way further down south of Italy. Very hospitable and helpful owner who supported us both with excellent restaurant suggestion and provided a nice breakfast in his garden. A very personal and homey stay.

Exceptional owner, polite, helpful in everything, always available. My friend and I had to go out, but it started raining and we didn't know how to do it, we called him and immediately he came to give us an umbrella.
Excellent breakfast. Cozy room, I felt surrounded by the love that the owner has for the villa. Highly recommended. A 10 minute walk from the beach and the center. Availability also to take the bikes included in the price.

Friendly and helpful owner. It makes you feel welcomed and pampered. For any problem or request, he responds completely and competently. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and even in this case, if it can, try to satisfy your every desire. Less than 10 minutes from the center and close to the beach. I recommend it to those who want to take a peaceful holiday.

Our travel agent Umfulana booked this B&B for us. Very nice and helpful host. Nice room with antique furniture, but the bathroom is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is served, all freshly prepared. Absolute recommendation. WiFi, well

Kind managers and discreet cleaning. Well served but poor breakfast. Just sweets. A tart and a donut. Not even the jam ...! The choice to furnish the house with old furniture is exaggerated! the house is old and with a set of old furniture it becomes heavy and unpleasant. A bad experience at high costs. Bad quality / price ratio.
