Very flat pillows and bathroom drains didn't drain well. However, the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a beach getaway, but isn't anything fancy. The large free parking lot beside the hotel was an awesome perk!

We were passing through and stayed only one night at this hotel. We were greeted kindly by the porter who showed us where to leave the car while waiting for a free parking space right in front of the building. The hotel is very well-kept, the room with a spacious bathroom is a little dated but everything is very clean.

The hotel is located opposite the sea and is just a few minutes' walk from the center. Fano is a beautiful, human-sized town, and the people are very welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel from August 14th to 17th. The location on the seafront is excellent. The room is simply furnished, with a pleasant window overlooking the seafront, new fixtures, daily cleaning, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet, but the sink is a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a great time. The staff was welcoming, kind, and helpful. They advised us on how to get around and the main services. Top location, excellent rates, spotlessly clean room. Congratulations

Convenient, safe, and free parking in front of the building. Modern, clean, and well-equipped. Excellent breakfast and an excellent restaurant where you can eat well and affordably. Just steps from the highway and the industrial area. For a trip to the beach... maybe when I'm not here for work.

If you’re in Fano for a business trip, this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. A close 10 minute drive into Fano. Also a short walk to a mall that has anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Would recommend!

I stayed in this hotel and I must say that the room is standard, the bathroom is very small in my opinion, the quality of sleep is good, the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the food in the restaurant is also not the best, in short There are ways where we can improve in my opinion.

Perfect location for the beach and city centre, easy walk to both locations. Parking was available for 3 of the 4 nights, the last night we had to find our own so the parking is not gauranteed. Overall it was a great stay and would definately recommend.

We were alarmed that they kept our passports, presumably as security and were handed back when we paid the bill the following morning. The rooms are clean and tidy but a little antiquated, can be a bit noisey with its close proximity to people sunbathing. We were put off eating there because there was a greasy, over used vegetable oil smell emanating from the kitchen restaurant area

We had a fantastic stay. Room was perfect. Bathroom was huge. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful. Hotel was in a great location at the edge of the old town. We had some lovely food nearby. Hotel was a short walk from the beach. The staff we met were all really lovely. I would absolutely pick this hotel again if we were in Fano.

We stayed here for 6 nights whilst visiting Le Marche. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff very helpful. Our corner room on the second floor was extremely spacious with a good shower and comfortable large bed. We had 2 balconies and a view of the Roman wall of Fano. Beautiful Hotel and very friendly staff. I stayed two nights without booking and was made very welcome. The rooms were very comfortable clean and warm. Breakfast was fresh with a large choice of foods. Great view of the beach and sea. Quiet and a good choice of very nice places to eat within walking distance. Parking outside the front door was a bonus for security of my classic car! 10/10 Highly recommended

As an element of old school faded grandeur about the place. The staff were friendly and service professional, the rooms were large, clean, comfortable and perfectly suited our needs. The hotel is an easy walk from public transport hubs and a short walk into the town centre but the real winner is fabulous the sea front location. Highly recommend

Unexceptionable welcome! Laura makes you feel right at home. The structure is a bit old (the external curtains should be changed in my opinion). Our room was on the third floor overlooking the square. You can hear the music of the locals and the street sweepers in the morning. Sufficient breakfast.

We spent 9 days at this campsite with our camper. The on-site bathroom was excellent and truly convenient. We booked full board, and every day they offer a different menu with multiple choices... delicious dishes with generous portions. We stayed at this campsite for two weeks in a fully equipped cabin, spacious inside, and with a lovely terrace. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away via a private driveway. It's the perfect place for kids; the campsite is small, so they could roam freely. The entertainment was top-notch; they kept us entertained with dancing, soccer, and building sandcastles. Magnificently luxurious Superb and delicate accommodation, if you get the chance, try Palazzo Rotati and stay and sleep as a King and Queen.

My husband is a tall (6’3”) man. He wasn’t able to properly shower in the shower stall— too small (in width) for him to bend over and clean his feet.

The ideal room in the perfect location Palazzo Rotati is an ancient building right in the middle of downtown Fano. Perfectly maintained and decorated by ancient beautiful paintings. A nice old style villa with relatively small rooms with refurbished bathrooms. A very nice host presenting a sumptuous breakfast (you can skip lunch afterwards) in the garden if weather permits. You are away from the noise of the city but only 5 minutes walk from the historical city centre and the beach. Will be back.

A nice stop over in Fano Short stop-over, very convenient and suitable for us, two adults on our way further down south of Italy. Very hospitable and helpful owner who supported us both with excellent restaurant suggestion and provided a nice breakfast in his garden. A very personal and homey stay.
