Reception folks were great, friendly, helpful, room was great. Location was very close to where we were doing business so that worked well. I would say the only downside really was the restaurant. We had a 4.5 h drive from Milan and arrived just before 9pm, last entry was 9:30 so we got there about 9:20, it just all felt a bit rushed and obviously kicking out time soon. The food was ok. Convenient, safe, and free parking in front of the building. Modern, clean, and well-equipped. Excellent breakfast and an excellent restaurant where you can eat well and affordably. Just steps from the highway and the industrial area. For a trip to the beach... maybe when I'm not here for work.

If you’re in Fano for a business trip, this is the place to stay. Very clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning. A close 10 minute drive into Fano. Also a short walk to a mall that has anything you may have forgotten for your stay. Would recommend!

I stayed in this hotel and I must say that the room is standard, the bathroom is very small in my opinion, the quality of sleep is good, the breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel and the quality of the food in the restaurant is also not the best, in short There are ways where we can improve in my opinion.

This hotel is very friendly and the staff is incredible. I dont speak Italian but half of them knew English and were a big help. I will stay here again for sure. Usually I travel with Marriott, but this was the closest I could find in the area and was quote happy

We were passing through and stayed only one night at this hotel. We were greeted kindly by the porter who showed us where to leave the car while waiting for a free parking space right in front of the building. The hotel is very well-kept, the room with a spacious bathroom is a little dated but everything is very clean.

Perfect location for the beach and city centre, easy walk to both locations. Parking was available for 3 of the 4 nights, the last night we had to find our own so the parking is not gauranteed. Overall it was a great stay and would definately recommend.

We stayed at this hotel from August 14th to 17th. The location on the seafront is excellent. The room is simply furnished, with a pleasant window overlooking the seafront, new fixtures, daily cleaning, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and bidet, but the sink is a bit small. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Kind and courteous. The place is very nice with many clubs just a stone's throw away and very close to free and private beaches. I spent one night on half board but I regretted the half board because there were so many places on the sea where we could eat fresh fish. Instead the breakfast all ok! Amazing Fano Hotel a place of Comfort

The hotel was very comfortable and they have their own restaurant. Also bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful historical city center, I do recommend doing that. The sand beach is in front of the hotel and you can enjoy it easily.

Unexceptionable welcome! Laura makes you feel right at home. The structure is a bit old (the external curtains should be changed in my opinion). Great location, really a stone's throw from the beach. The hotel is nice and clean, but I found the rooms (at least mine) a bit small. The bathroom was functional but not very recent and with some problems with the siphons .. Fortunately we only stayed one night, so it wasn't a big problem. Really very kind and attentive staff. Good breakfast but not excellent.

A nice old style villa with relatively small rooms with refurbished bathrooms. A very nice host presenting a sumptuous breakfast (you can skip lunch afterwards) in the garden if weather permits. You are away from the noise of the city but only 5 minutes walk from the historical city centre and the beach. Will be back.

A nice stop over in Fano Short stop-over, very convenient and suitable for us, two adults on our way further down south of Italy.
