Given the various experiences on fake reviews, I have always been strict in doing them. Having said that, in the specific case, I cannot do the same, despite my severity that leads me to never give full 5⭐️, in this case, I cannot do otherwise, because it deserves them all with honors.
Located in a position with a breathtaking view, it has large spaces and games for children. Excellent dishes, reminiscent of ancient flavors of the past. Friendly, very customer-focused and efficient staff. superlative value for money! A real peaceful oasis.
I highly recommend it.

The structure is in a position with a wonderful view, excellent cleanliness and hospitality of the owner Chiara.
Not to mention the breakfast with cakes made by Chiara.
I recommend having dinner at the restaurant under the accommodation, the Sale Grosso, excellent food and excellent quality price

A b & b with all the trimmings.
Cozy and clean rooms, called with 8 names of the winds, a nice fridge available with a dedicated shelf for each room just to avoid confusion.
Excellent location, peace and silence reign.
The icing on the cake? Breakfast, a show of sweets.

Super hospitality and great availability of the owner also in providing information on places to visit. Breakfast with homemade cakes, fruit juices, yogurt as well as an excellent cappuccino, really very good. Rooms with panoramic views over the city of Fermo
