Wonderful place that I recommend to all my friends who come to vacation here in Fermo.
Autonomous apartments, in the hills and with a swimming pool overlooking the sea! Strategic place as a base, to then reach the other Marche localities (Sibillini Mountains, Ascoli, Fermo, Civitanova Marche, San Benedetto Tronto, Recanati, ect ...)
The owner (Stefano) and his mother, very kind.
Great to eat for both lunch and dinner! Consider that at least 80% of what is at the table is of their production !!!
Eco-sustainable place, cared for and attentive to the environment and nature! Congratulations on your choice of life and the passion they put into it!

Apartments not suitable for 4 more people without hairdryer, soap and basic food items (sugar, salt, etc.).
They were supposed to provide us with lunch but evidently they forgot.
Ignored for three days and they didn't even give us a receipt.

Spectacular panorama in truly agri structure. Strategic location to reach both the sea and to visit the hinterland. Positive note: peace and tranquility that waft from morning till night. Service note, poolside watering in the afternoon is quite annoying. High rating.

Stephano is a nice guy. He produces wine, olive-oil and pasta.
